Dogankoy is a pretty village that sits in the foothills of the Besparmak Mountains and is renowned for it's clean air. The village has its own identity but is also very close to Kyrenia. The beautiful Kyrenia Harbour is a 20 mins walk. There is also a good supermarket, bars and cafes within 5 mins walk. The villa is set in an old olive grove and even the outside bar has been built around one of the trees which is said to be over a thousand years old.

Notes on accommodation
The villa comes complete with air-conditioning units in the Lounge and all Bedrooms. It also has gas central heating for the Winter months.
Outside
Large covered terrace area at the rear (off kitchen) with plenty of outside dining areas. 8x4m pool with sun loungers and chairs. The gardens are gravelled with planted fruit trees, shrubs and plants. The private pool is 8x4m with Roman steps. There are sun loungers, chairs and bar stools available.
Coast/Beach
Beaches are 10 mins drive.
Golf
A brand new golf course has now been completed and is approx 20 mins drive.
Travel
Ercan airport is 40 mins drive. Currently flights from the UK to Ercan have to touch down in Turkey. Alternatively, it is possible to fly directly to Larnaca in South Cyprus, which is approx 1 hour's drive. The owners can arrange transport from either airport.
Distances
There are many historical interests in Kyrenia, Famagusta and the capital, Nicosia/Lefkosa. Nicosia is approx 25 mins drive.
