For meet and greet service between 7am and 8pm an additional cost of 17.09 euros is to paid locally to management company and between 8pm and 12pm cost is 25.63 euros, or key can be collected from key-safe. £50 admin supplement applies for bokings made outside of the UK.

Flexible changeover days. Apartment would be available from 3pm on arrival day. Vacate by 11am.

Living Rooms: Breakfast bar with stools. 2 large open rooms with dining table and chairs. Large sofa (double sofa bed)2nd sofa bed, coffee table and side tables, large TV with satellite connection, DVD player and Hi-Fi system.
Other: Plenty of car parking space. Hairdryers provided. Safe provided.

Coast/Beach
A 5 mins walk will take you to the nearest beach, a newly built lighted walk way would take you all the way into Limassol along the coast. St Raphael marina is a 10 mins walk away with a restaurant for lunch and dinner. Sunbeds and parasols are available at the beach here.

Travel
Easily accessible from both Larnaca and Paphos airports, Larnaca approx 40 mins, Paphos approx 50 mins. Car hire not essential, but recommended to see all Cyprus has to offer. Local bus service down into Limassol as well as Larnaca, Ayia Napa.

Distances
Located in the upmarked area of Limassol approx 9km from the tourist area with its wide selection of restaurants, bars and nightclubs. Local archaeological sites within walking distance.

Further details
24 hour mini-market across the road, All of the restaurants around are of excellent quality, ranging from Cypriot cuisine to Sushi, Teppanyaki and Thai bar, Lebanese and A la carte restaurants. Chinese and Indian takeaways in Limassol that will also deliver, (details in the apartment).

Booking notes
A non refundable deposit of £250 is required at time of booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure along with a £250 security bond to cover any damage of breakages, this will be refunded on your return. £50 admin supplement for bookings made outside of the UK.
Cancellations 3-8 weeks prior to stay- 50% charge, within 2 weeks of arrival 100% charge.
