Villa Cartref has been built in a traditional style, however benefits from every modern convenience you would want in a new home from home. The villa is decorated to a high standard and has been tastefully furnished throughout and benefits from all the domestic appliances you could want to make your stay a comfortable one. Local bars and restaurants are within a mile and beautiful Kyrenia harbour, with its many bars and restaurants is only a short drive away. A car is recommended, with many beaches within a 15 minute drive and beach resorts close by. A modern, well stocked supermarket is also a mile from the villa.

Linen,towels and pool towels are provided. The villa will be cleaned throughout before arrival, a mid holiday linen change can be arranged for an additional charge. |

Notes on accommodation
The villa has air-conditioning in all bedrooms and lounge.
Outside
Outside there is a larger than average 12m by 6m overflow swimming pool and shower. There is a generous patio area with BBQ, garden furniture and sun loungers.
Coast/Beach
There are many local beaches within a 15 minute drive. There are also a number of beach resorts open to the general public within the Kyrenia area.
Golf
20 minutes from the new green golf course in Esentepe.
Travel
Collection can be arranged from Ercan airport which is half an hour away or Larnaca around an hour. Please enquire for airport collection prices.
A car is recommended, please enquire if you want help in arranging car hire.
Distances
Local places of interest include Kyrenia harbour and castle which are 3 miles from the villa.
Bellapais Abbey is within a mile.
St Hillarion castle is aproximately 5 miles away.
The capital of Cyprus, Nicosia, is a 20 minute drive.
Further details
As with the republic of Cyprus, English is widely spoken in the North. Cars are driven on the left and power sockets are three pin as in the UK.
The local currency is the Turkish Lire, however sterling is widely accepted, as are credit cards.
There are a number of banks in Kyrenia with cashpoints including an HSBC bank with a cashpoint which dispenses Lira and Sterling.
Booking notes
A 10% deposit is required on booking. The deposit is non refundable if the booking is cancelled within 30 days of departure, unless another booking is found. Final payment should be with 1 month of departure.
House swap
House swap considered.School holidays only. Accomodation to sleep four and have a private pool.
