The villa is conveniently located near to local bus stops, restaurants and within 2km of the centre of Protaras, Pernera, Kapparis and Paralimni.

Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible, the villa will be available from 3pm and would need to be vacated by 11am unless prior arrangements have been made.

Large open plan lounge area consisting of two leather sofas(one doubles as a sofabed). Facilities include satellite TV, DVD, Playstation 2 (Bring you own preference of games) and a selection of games and books. |

The villa will be cleaned for your arrival, bed linen and towels are provided. Beach towels are also provided. Extra cleaning is available at a small charge if required. |

Outside
There is a large patio area with built-in traditional BBQ, patio table with parasol, chairs and sun loungers. The pool is 8x4m with built-in steps for easy access. The pool and surrounding patio area have their own lighting. An outside shower is also provided. The pool is cleaned and checked twice a week.
Coast/Beach
The villa is within a five minute walk to the local sandy beach and several small bays. Protaras main beach is a five minute car ride.
Travel
The villa is 40 mins away from Larnaca airport. Car hire is not essential but would be recommended. The roads are quiet and well sign posted and in Cyprus you drive on the left as in the UK.
Distances
Protaras, Pernera, Kapparis and Paralimni are all within 2 kilometres. Agia Napa is a 15 minute drive away.

Contact us by phone or e-mail to check availability. 25% deposit to be paid when booking confirmed, balance to be paid 6 weeks before departure. Our villa is a non smoking property and we would ask that you respect this request and restrict smoking to outside areas only.
