Beautiful log fire and three radiators in living area, two ceiling fans, 1 electric fan in kitchen area. Suitable for children as the villa is surrounded by a black and gold wrought iron fence. Air conditioning in the three bedrooms and radiators.
Outside
BBQ on rear terrace, table, chairs and parassol. Sun loungers on patio for all to enjoy the views of the mountains overlooking the shared pool.
Coast/Beach
Escape beach - Lapta - ideal for children and a great day out for children, and there is the Riverside Holiday Village which has a huge children's pool full of slides. Other local activities include a Waterworld Aqua Park and Sunset Adventure Park, here you can enjoy a fun day out with go-karting, paintballing, tennis, trampolining, swimming and also the Acupulco and Oscars water parks all within reasonable reach.

4 minutes drive to centre of Kyrenia (Girnie) - 1.5 km nice walk in the evening out of the hot sun.
Walking distance to supermarket.
45 minutes to Ercan airport.
Car is not essential as taxis are very cheap however if you wish to see a bit of the island - rental of car can be organised for you.
Distances
2 minutes drive to Bellapais Abbey once again if keen walker very nice to walk up the hill.
Walking distance to Ozankoy.

Kyrenia (Girne) is a coastal city located in the north of the island surrounded by the beauties of nature and constituting a showcase for the TRNC. Kyrenia places of interest: Kyrenia Castle, Sunken Vessel Museum, Folklore Museum, Fine Arts Museum, Peace and Freedom Museum, Cafer Pasha Mosque, Bellapais Monastery.
Car Rental: This service is available in all main towns and some hotels. British or International Drivers Licence is required. Rental cars have red number plates. We can assist with this information on request.Traffic: In northern Cyprus you drive on the left. Traffic and road signs are International. Maximum speed is 100km./hr. Seat belts must be worn. Drivers are prohibited to drive under the influence of alcohol. The limit is 50 mgr (As in Europe).
Electricity: 220/240 Volts A. A standard three pin British plug is used.
Currency: The Turkish Lira. Eurocheques, Travellers Cheques, Sterling, Dollars and other major currencies may be used or exchanged in the larger towns.
By Air; Cyprus Turkish Airlines, Turkish Airlines, Istanbul Airlines and Onur Air provide an important network from international airports to Ercan via Turkey. For the timetables, prices and information, inquiries can be made at the offices of the above mentioned airlines and also from good travel agents. We can assist with this information on request. Taxi transfers to and from the airport can be organised if requested.
Climate: Northern Cyprus is blessed with the most pleasing climate in the whole of Europe. The winters are mild, and rarely extend beyond February, and with over 300 days of sunshine a year, the temperatures can reach into the 70s as early as March. In April and May, Northern Cyprus is at its most beautiful, with fields of wild flowers in full bloom, and the weather is not unlike that of a good English summer. About the owner
We live in Scotland and go to our villa twice a year normally end May beginning of June and end September beginning of October as this is when the weather suits us the best - sunny with a warm breeze.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We had been on holiday in Northern Cyprus and loved it and decided that when we retired we would like to spend at least six months of the year there, so we bought this villa which is just in the right place for us. Also the people will do anything for you and are so helpful, kind and very honest. It is also great value for money because of the rates for the Turkish Lira!!!!
Unique benefits of the property
The villa is situated in a very quiet area with olive trees at the side of it - it is all fenced off so very private. Also because of the lovely garden we have - it is very private when sitting out at the patio. The supermarkets are to hand and it is only a short walk into town but there are many restaurants nearby so this gives us the best choices. Ozankoy is a small village with many restaurants and shops which is also only a short walk. Bellapias is a bit further but taxis are very cheap. There is also a hotel a few hundred yards from us so we can pop down for a wee drink and lunch if we want. So all in all it has a bit of everything for us and we love it.
