It is 5 minutes drive from Ayia Napa and Nissi beach and 10 minutes drive from Protaras with Fig Tree Bay. Local beaches at Ayia Napa and Protaras all have water sports such as motor boats, banana boats, windsurfing, water skiing, parasailing and pedalos. There is also a large waterpark at Ayia Napa.

Outside green patio garden table, chairs and parasol. Large wooden shaded pergola for eating outside in the sunny weather, with wooden table and chairs. The garden is surrounded with flowers/plants and shrubs.
Coast/Beach
Beautiful golden sandy beaches and coves close to this area.
5 minutes drive in Ayia Napa is Nissi beach. 10 minutes drive is Protaras, Cape Gkreko, and Fig Tree Bay. Local beaches at Ayia Napa and Protaras have all the water sports available, motor boats, banana boats, windsurfing, water skiing, parasailing, pedalos. A large local water park at Ayia Napa, water chutes, flumes, etc.
Golf
3 golf courses (18 holes) which are located on other side of the island. However, other courses are currently being built closer in this location.
Skiing
Skiing can be done in the winter months in the Troodos mountains (about 90 minutes drive form the villa).
Travel
Larnaca is the nearest airport and harbour about 40 minutes drive. A local harbour in Ayia Napa 5 mins. Nicosia the capital is about 1 hour drive. Pafos the other side of the island is about 2 hours drive.
A hire car is essential with your holiday.
Distances
2 minutes drive to Paralimni town.
5 minutes drive to Ayia Napa.
10 minutes drive to Protaras.
In Cyprus there is such lovely views, great history, churches, beaches, places of interest everywhere.

Upon booking the villa, a holding deposit of £200 is payable (not refundable) and full payment is due 6 weeks before departure. Couples and family welcome. No single sex groups. No pets. Hire car is highly recommended.
