The master bedroom is on the first floor and features a king size bed with en-suite shower room and patio doors leading onto a large furnished terrace with views across Coral Bay, Paphos and the mountains.

Outside
Through the double glazed dining/lounge patio windows is a large sun deck and a few steps lead down to the new 4m x 8m swimming pool which boasts full width Roman steps and adjacent fresh water shower. Quality sun loungers and sun shades are provided.
Palm, hibiscus, fruit trees and various colourful plants adorn the garden which is set over three levels including a private parking area.
At first floor level, accessed by external staircase or from master bedroom patio doors is a furnished terrace with spectacular views; perfect for 'sundowners'.
Coast/Beach
The centre of Peyia village, just a couple of minutes drive (1km), has a great selection of traditional tavernas which offer excellent cuisine, there are also shops, supermarkets, butcher, baker etc.
The livelier resort of Coral Bay with its many hotels, restaurants, bars and sandy beach is just 5 minutes by car (4km).
Golf
There are three 18-hole courses to choose from.
Tsada Golf Club is in a beautiful setting and is approximately 30 min. drive. It is about 550 metres above sea level to ensure cool breezes during the summer months. It plays to par 72 and measures 6,060 metres.
The Secret Valley Golf Club is 18 km east of Paphos and lies within a scenic valley and offers panoramic views. It plays to a par of 72 and measures 6,200 metres.
Aphrodite Hills Golf Course is 17 km east of Paphos. It offers championship standard course. It plays to par 70/71 and measures 6,232 metres. Both of these courses can be reached in a 40min. drive.
Skiing
The villa is a 1-11/2 hr drive to the Troodos Mountains of which Mount Olympus is the highest peak at 6,400 metres. There you can either ski or snowboard in the winter months and enjoy cool breezes and walks during the warmer months.
Travel
The nearest airport is Paphos International, which is approximately 30-min drive along the coast.
Larnaca airport is approximately 1.5 hours drive.
Car hire is recommended to make best use of your holiday.

Distances
The Troodos Mountains are approx 70kms.
Limmassol is approximately 1 hours drive and Nicosia about two hours drive. The East coast can be reached in about 2 hours for the Protaras, Agia Napa region.
Watersports and Riding are 5 minutes from the villa at Coral Bay.
Further details
For turtle watching go to Lara Bay just 20mins drive.
Paphos town is 15 minutes drive away. The attractive harbour with its Fort, waterside bars and restaurants is a must visit. Most days the traditional market is open selling local produce and souvenirs. For some culture you should visit the archaeological treasures of the Mosaics and the Tombs of the Kings.
It is only 30mins. drive to the picturesque fishing village of Latchi, near Polis, and is well recommended.
