It is located within a quiet relaxing cul-de-sac away from noisy busy roads and yet is centrally positioned to have you into the busy high street of Protaras within minutes. There are also plenty of bars, shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Outside
Situated in a large plot the villa has large gardens and patios which surrounds the pool (for sole use of guests only). There is also a barbeque area with outdoor sink etc, as well as an outside lounge area under the shade of a very large pergola. There is also outdoor dining area seating 6 to enjoy those long and warm summer evenings. Sun loungers are also provided.
Coast/Beach
Malama beach is a stone's throw away at the end of the cul-de-sac and as such the villa enjoys fantastic sea views. Also, the next cove along is the beautiful Firemans Beach and is situated just to the left of the villa. The coastline of Cyprus has many fantastic beaches of white sand and crystal clear water and there many secluded coves walking distance from the villa.
Travel
Larnaca airport is approx. 49km away and is approx. 40 mins drive to the villa which is very easy to find.
Distances
The villa is situated in the exclusive village of Kapparis with its selection of bars, shops and fantastic restaurants. It is 3 mins drive from the busy resort centre of Protaras with its wide selection of bars, restaurants, shops, banks, supermarkets, chemists etc.The villa is also situated very close to the cosmopolitan town of Paralimni with its many shops (including M&S) and street cafes where you can relax. All this surrounds the beautiful church right in the centre of the square.
Further details
Cyprus has a perfect climate, the summers are long and hot and even the winters are very mild. The Cypriot people are welcoming and amongst the warmest you will find anywhere. The whole island is very accessible by car and has lots to see and do. From the annual watersports events at the beautiful Cape Greko (only 15mins drive away), to the many historical sites dotted all around the island. You can even go skiing in the Troodos Mountains, which is only 90 mins drive away.The bustling resort of Ayia Napa with its famous beaches and fanatastic restaurants and large waterpark (definitely not to be missed) again is only 15 mins drive away. There are also many golf courses dotted are the island. One is located in Larnaca (40 mins drive) and another is proposed for the future just outside of Protaras. Cyprus is a fabulous place to explore and hiring a car to take in the sights is highly recommended.
Booking notes
We will require a deposit of £200 (non-refundable) and £200 breakages deposit (refundable) at the time of booking with the balance to be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to departure.
We request that our guests do not smoke within the villa. We ask that you arrive at the villa no earlier than 3pm and vacate the villa by 12 noon in order for us to prepare for the next guests. This may be flexible. Sorry no pets. Please be advised that there is NO ADDITIONAL COST for air-conditioning.
