The villa is set on the edge of the village of Dogankoy, making its position perfect for exploring the island. It is only 1 mile to Girne (Kyrenia). A large supermarket is about a 5 minute walk. The villa boasts fantastic views of the mountains. It is in a small cul-de-sac, consisting of only seven villas, a peaceful location but near enough to town to meet all your needs. Villa Mumbet was completed in Feb 2005 and furnished to the highest standards. It is a three-bedroomed villa with two double bedrooms and the third bedroom has two single beds. The main bedroom has a ensuite bathroom and there is a family bathroom. There is also a downstairs shower room. All bedrooms have air condtioning.

| Kitchen: | Fully fitted-out kitchen with fridge, oven with hob, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, plus pans, crockery, cutlery, glassware for the whole family. A full size family washing machine is situated in the downstairs shower room. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge offers comfortable seating, lamps and coffee table, with a colour TV and DVD player and stereo with a selection of CDs and DVDs updated for your enjoyment. The lounge as well as the rest of the villa is tastefully finished for your comfort. |

The pool is particulary suitable for young children and non swimmers and pool towels are provided to enable you to cut down on that bulky luggage. Outside
To the side is a large covered area with dining table and chairs, also traditional benches to give additional seating, plenty of room to enjoy eating alfresco. Pool Area.
The pool is probably our favourite feature of the villa, it measures 8m x 4m, private pool with underwater lighting, and access from roman style steps. The shallow end is less than 1 metre deep and perfect for young children and non swimmers whilst the deep end reaches around 2m for older children/adults to really cool off. Outside pool shower.
Also available are sunloungers, pool towels, large umbrellas and table and chairs to while away the those lazy sunnny days under a covered Gazebo area. There is a wonderful bbq area with full preparation area and outside fridge for those Al freso nights by the pool, why go indoors for that cool beer!
Coast/Beach
Beaches are within 10-15 minutes drive from the villa.
Golf
The new Esentepe golf course is now open, full details can be obtained on their website.
Travel
Ercan airport in Northern Cyprus is 45 minutes drive from the villa. Larnaca airport in southern Cyprus is about one-and-a-half hours drive and involves an easy border crossing. We can put you in contact with a local airport transfer services for both airports, or arrange everything for you.

Lefkosa (Nicosia) 20km. Famagusta 60km. Kyrenia (centre) 2km.
Further details
The villa is well situated near town for a nice leisurely walk to the harbours and the town centre, there are also restaurants within walking distance for those who do not wish to hire a car.

Thanks so much for your email with the details of the 'gig' at the Courtyard - we just couldn't believe it when Tom brought the paper round on Saturday!!
