Outside
There is a communal pool and sauna, neither of which are ever overcrowded due to being shared only by a few other villas. The large back garden is ideally situated for outside dining and sunbathing as is the upper sun terrace. Garden furniture and sunbeds are available.
Coast/Beach
There are several beaches along the promenade in Limassol which have received high standard awards and can easily be reached from the villa at 2km. A 5 minute car drive or for the more adventurous a 40 minute walk will take you to the main beach resort.
Golf
There are several golf courses within driving distance of the villa, the newly built Aphrodite Hills golf course near Paphos, is about 40 minutes drive. More information available on request.
Skiing
The villa is a 45 minute drive to the Troodos mountains which offers skiing facilities at certain times of the year. More information available on request.
Travel
Both Larnaca and Paphos airports are 40 minutes drive to the Villa. The route is a very straight forward one and pick-up from either airport can be arranged upon request. Car hire is recommended as the villa is situted on a hill in the village. Car hire details can be provided upon request.
Distances
The villa is situated in the historically rich village of Agios Tychonas. A five minute walk and you arrive at a very popular village restuarant superb food and excellent value for money. The village also has a supermarket, taverna, DVD store and several other amenities. A five minute car drive to the main beach resort offers all the restaurants, tavernas, hotels facilities Limassol has to offer.
Further details
The villa is located within a 45 minute drive from other places of interest such as Troodos, Paphos, Nicosia, Agia Napa. Shopping, water sports and all other outdoor activities are also available within the locaton. Places of interest such as the ruins of Amathus are a 10 minute drive away, where plays and cultural events take place at certain times of the year.
Booking notes
a 50% deposit will be required upon booking and the balance payable 3 weeks prior to arrival date. If a late booking is made less than 3 weeks to arrival the full amount is payable. A 20% cancellation fee is charged for bookings cancelled 3 weeks or less prior to arrival date.
