The apartment is situated in Oroklini, a typical Cypriot village, 10 minutes drive from Larnaca and 15 minutes drive from the airport. It is 5 minutes drive to the beach and approximately 30 minutes to the waterpark and the golden beaches of Ayia Napa, Protaras and Fig Tree Bay. Quiet area, ideal for walking and cycling or just relaxing by the pool. Monarch Airlines now offer budget flights from Luton, Gatwick, Birmingham and Manchester to Larnaca.

Prices for the property per week in UK Pounds. Contact us for discounts on longer lets. Holiday let prices are all-inclusive of all electricity, water etc.
We will consider a let of 6 months from Sept/Feb at a cost of 500 euros per month inclusive of all bills except electricity and telephone. Rental to be paid monthly to agent in Cyprus.
Changeover day
Changeover flexible - we will fit in around flights wherever possible. If back to back bookings then we ask vacation by 11 am and arrival after 6.00pm to allow cleaning etc.

Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning with warm air option. Separate facilities make this ideal for couples sharing. Ideal family location with shared pool and all amenities locally. No smoking apartment. Can arrange travel cot hire.
Accessibility
Not suitable for people with mobolity problems as first floor apartment approached by outside staircase.
Outside
Patio with furniture for 6 people. Barbecue. Communal pool with sunbeds and parasols.
Coast/Beach
Oroklini Cyprus Tourist Organisation beach 5 minutes drive. Fig Tree Bay, Nissi Beach, Waterpark 30 minutes drive. Larnaca's Mackenzie beach with all facilities, restaurants, WC's, showers and car parking 10 minutes drive. Regular bus service into Larnaca with onward connections to the airport.
Travel
Larnaca Airport approx. 15 minutes drive, around 25 euros by taxi. Village bus service into Larnaca Town. Buses to other major towns and airport from Larnaca seafront. Monarch Airlines now offer budget flights from Luton, Gatwick, Birmingham and Manchester to Larnaca.
Distances
Drive to Fig Tree Bay, Nissi Beach, Protaras, Waterpark is 30 minutes.
To Nicosia is 40 minutes.
Further details
Village has all amenities, tavernas, pub, pharmacy, supermarkets, banks and 2 amazing bakeries. For youngsters of all ages there is a waterpark and fun fair in Ayia Napa. Restaurants with a variety of cuisine (including McDonalds and Pizza Hut!) on Larnaca seafront. Also in Larnaca great designer shops and local crafts. Water sports available on most beaches. Bus timetables and local information available in apartment, please feel free to add to the collection. 25 minute walk to Dhekalia Road where there are new bars, eateries and CTO beach. Collection of books in apartment - feel free to exchange with any that you have read.

Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to date of holiday.
If less than 8 weeks to holiday, total amount payable when booking.
As payments are non-refundable please ensure your insurance policy covers this.
Guest comments
We loved staying at your apartment. It's both practical and pleasant to stay in. We all loved the swimming pool and enjoyed staying in a quiet and authentic Cypriot village. The other point we wanted to make was how impressed we were with the excellent condition of the apartment - it was spotlessly clean.
