Booking notes
Heated pool supplement of £70 per day-only accept min 5 days booking with payment in advance. A security deposit of £100 will be collected with the final payment. This deposit will be fully refunded subject to no damages or breakages to the property during your stay. If the booking is made more than 3 months in advance of scheduled arrival - 35% deposit is required to secure. If booking is less than 3 months of arrival date then full rent. Balancing amount due 2 months after initial booking.
