Luxury peaceful villa on a small site of only 9 villas, 5 mins walking distance from Karmi village and 10 mins drive to Kyrenia Harbour, the villa is 4 miles west of Kyrenia. There are 3 different terrace levels for you to enjoy ‘al fresco’ eating or simply watching the sun go down with a cool drink. The kitchen has all mod appliances, dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer. The villa is the right choice if you are seeking tranquility and a peaceful holiday to totally chill out and unwind. Northern Cyprus is one of the last unspoilt jewels in the Med and is worth visiting at any time of year. During July and August it can be very hot. Spring erupts in a blaze of flowers in mid February and it is still possible to sunbathe and swim in the sea up to the end of November. There is plenty of flora and fauna to see and walkers will enjoy the many walks available.

Outside
The property is enclosed by traditional Cypriot dry-stone wall. Wrought iron gates are at the entrance and there is parking room for 2 cars. The pool is 9x 4.5m and there is also an outdoor shower. Patio furniture, 6 sun loungers and pool towels are provided. There is a stone BBQ. The garden is well planted and terraced on several flat levels.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is Kervansaray 2 km. Another beach with water sports and activities is approximately 10 mins drive.
Golf
Golf within 30 mins drive.
Special interest holidays
Diving and water sports available locally. Horse Riding. The villa is ideally situated for walking holidays.
Travel
You can fly to Ercan in Northern Cyprus on either KTHY (Cyprus Turkish Airlines), Pegasus or Turkish Airlines from Heathrow, Gatwick, Stanstead, Manchester, Belfast & Glasgow. These flights involve a touchdown in Turkey (normally only 45 mins). The villa is 30 mins from Ercan airport, transfer can be arranged for approx £25.
It is also possible (since 2004) to fly to Larnaca in Southern Cyprus ,we can also arrange transfers by taxi from Larnaca for approx £40, transfer time is 90 mins.
Distances
The villa is on the edge of Karaman (Karmi) which is a 5 min walk, the main town of Kyrenia (Girne) is a 10 min drive where you can also find the lovely old horseshoe shaped harbour which is one of the most beautiful in the Mediterranean.

The nearest shop is in Karaman (5 min walk) or there are 2 supermarkets within a 5 min drive. The Treasure Restaurant is within a 2 min walk and other restaurants are within a 5-10 min walk or 2 min drive. The location of the villa is ideal for walking/cycling holidays, rural/countryside retreats, beach relaxation or a winter sun break.
Booking notes
50% deposit of total is required to confirm the booking, paid by cheque or bank transfer. Confirmation of booking and receipt of payment will be made by e-mail. Full balance required 8 weeks before departure, together with a refundable deposit of £100. Cancellation charges: if a client needs to cancel we will endeavor to re-let the villa, if this is possible a refund will be given, otherwise no refund wil be given. It is advisable to take out holiday insurance against cancellation.
