Situated in a residential area of Kato Paphos, the resort area of Paphos, this first floor apartment overlooks a conservation site and is within easy walking distance of the harbour and other nightlife, 2 beaches, many shops, bars and restaurants. It is ideally situated to explore the town's historic sites and experience the nightlife, with easy access by car to Polis, Latchi and the Akamas National Park, the popular beach at Coral Bay and the numerous villages in the Troodos Mountains. An ideal location whether you prefer the sophisticated harbour restaurants or the lively nightlife of Bar Street, without the noise of bars or restaurants.

Rental prices are for the property, per week, for up to 2 people, including the cost of airconditioning, in UK pounds. Please contact us to discuss discount availablility for rental periods in excess of three weeks.
10% discount for all bookings confirmed before end of March 08.
Changeover day
The majority of flights from UK to Paphos are on Wednesday or Sunday. The changeover day in high season is Sunday but this is flexible depending on availability. If you require a different changeover day please contact us.

Outside
Good sized balcony with patio furniture for 4 people. Overlooks a site of archaeological interest and benefits from afternoon and evening sun. A clothes airer is also provided. Shared pool with toilet and shower facilities and use of communal sunbeds and umbrellas.
Coast/Beach
Both the Municipal and Lighthouse beaches are approx 15 mins walk. Buses and cruising taxis are numerous. Coral Bay is approx 25 mins by car and a regular bus service is available.
Golf
There are 3 courses to choose from around Paphos. Secret Valley and Tsada are approx 20 mins drive, the new championship course at Aphrodite Hills is approx 30 mins drive.
Travel
Paphos International Airport is approx 20 mins drive. There are plenty of buses and taxis at reasonable cost. Local car hire is inexpensive and in Cyprus you drive on the left! A car is not necessary if you plan to stay locally, but is recommended if you plan to explore further afield.
Booking notes
£50 deposit is required with your booking. Full payment is required 6 weeks before you travel. We are not able to refund the deposit if full payment is not received. If you have not used our apartment before, the deposit will be held against any loss or damage caused to the apartment during your stay. In such cases the balance due is therefore the full rental price. This additional deposit will be refunded immediately on receipt of a satisfactory report from our cleaning service.
