Changeover day
Arrival and departure dates are flexible, as is the changeover day.

| Bathrooms: | The en-suite bathroom has a shower, wash hand basin and WC. Bathroom has bath with shower over, wash hand basin and WC. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils and hob, cooker, fridge/freezer washing machine, ironing board and iron, juicer, toaster, kettle,crockery cutlery and glassware. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge has a 2 seater settee, 4 lounge chairs and a coffee table. There is a radio/cassette player for guests use. The lounge also has a television and a DVD player. |
| Other: | The dining room has a table and seating for 6 with a sideboard. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are provided, excluding beach towels. The property and pool are cleaned weekly. The gardener visits weekly to water an tidy the garden. Electricity, gas and water are all included in the rental price. |
Notes on accommodation
Palm Trees has air conditioning in all rooms, which can be reversed to provide heating in the winter months. All rooms have ceiling fans. There is a no smoking policy which would be appreciated that you respect whilst in the bungalow. The property is not suitable for young children.

Accessibility
The property is built entirely one one level and has good wheelchair access. The en-suite bathroom has had the door widened to allow wheelchair access. The pool has wide steps into it and a hand and guard rail.
Outside
The pool is 30ft by 15ft and the deep end is 6ft 6 inches and the shallow end is 4ft. The pool is private and cannot be overlooked as it is surrounded by a screen and high trees and shrubs. There are 4 loungers and 2 large umbrellas. The pool has underwater lighting and there are patio lights. There is a shaded area for car parking. There is a table and four chairs for al fresco dining and a barbecue.
Coast/Beach
There are many secluded beaches to choose from. The nearest being approx 2 miles away from the bungalow.
Golf
An 18-hole course is situated at Esenteppe which is approximately four miles to the East. Due to open October 2006
Travel
The nearest airport is Ercan which is 30 mins away by car. If you hire a car from the recommended supplier, transfers to and from the airport are free. Larnaca airport in the Republic of Cyprus is 1 hour drive away. It is now possible to drive through the border. Car hire and transfer details are available on request.
Distances
The nearest village to Ozankoy is Bellapais with its ruined Abbey. Approx 2 miles to the West, is the picturesque harbour town of Kyrenia.
Further details
The village of Ozankoy has at least 8 bars/restaurants all within walking distance of Palm Trees. There is a good general store and an excellent hair saloon. The supermarket is a 2 minute drive by car. There is a HSBC bank in Kyrenia. Walking: The area around Kyrenia is ideal for hiking for people of all ages. March and April is the best time to view the huge diversity of wild flowers growing in the mountains. Museums: The oldest commercial ship wreck can be found in the castle museum in Kyrenia.

A £100 deposit is required on confirmation of the booking and the balance paid 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. Deposits are non-refundable. A Welcome Pack for your use is provided free of charge.
