This fully furnished apartment is part of a small development completed in summer 2005. It is located on the second (and top) floor and has a beautiful view of the sea. There is a large swimming pool, small children's pool, ample sun beds, umbrellas and a small garden around the pool area. The apartment is fully air-conditioned, with patio doors opening onto the sunny balcony. All furnishings, appliances and utensils are new. There is private parking for residents. Emba village has tavernas, a bank, mini-supermarkets, theatre and church. A large supermarket is only just over half a mile away.

Outside
The terrace around the pool and shallow kids pool has sun loungers for use by our guests. There is a large terrace, accessible from the lounge and from bedroom 1 and there are landscaped gardens and ample parking.
Coast/Beach
Emba village is situated between Paphos and Coral Bay. Paphos offers a choice of different beaches and is approx 10 mins drive away and Coral Bay which is a self contained mini resort with beaches, restaurants, bars and shops, is also approx 10 mins drive from the apartment.
Golf
Paphos offers golfers challenging world class championship courses, warm hospitality and almost year round sunshine. There are three 18 hole golf courses nearby to choose from. Tsada Golf Club which is just 20 minutes from Paphos town, plays to a par 72 and measures 6,060m. The Secret Valley Golf Club is 18km east of Paphos and plays to a par 72 and measures 6,120m. The Aphrodite Hills Golf Complex is a unique up-market experience. This Award Winning Golf course is located near to the birthplace of Aphrodite, only 2 mins from the main Limassol-Paphos highway. It plays to a Par 71 and measures 6,665m.
Skiing
Skiing in the Troodos Mountains takes place in the winter, Mount Olympus is almost 2000m high, and is 90 minutes drive from Paphos.
Travel
Paphos Airport is 25 mins drive. Larnaca Airport is 90 mins drive along a direct motorway link. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
The apartment is located in Emba village. The nearest villages outside Emba (within 5 mins) are: Chlorakas, Kissonerga and Lempa en-route to Coral Bay, which have nice tavernas. Paphos itself is approximately 10 minutes drive. A 40 min drive will take you to the lovely coastal villages of Polis and Latchi.
Further details
There are many watersports on offer in the area and diving is particularly recommended if visiting Latchi. Latchi Watersports are at the harbour and you can dive out at St George Island and also investigate the boat wreck near Fontana Amorosa (only accessible by boat). Jeep safaris (Troodos or Akamas) are a great way to explore the more rugged terrain and horse riding can be found beyond Coral Bay (George's Ranch). There is a waterpark in Paphos and 2 in Limassol which is a 45 min drive away.
