Changeover day
The changeover day is flexible. If a new arrival is due on your departure date then please be prepared to leave the property by 12 noon to allow enough time to have the property cleaned for the new arrivals.

Outside
The swimming pool is 10m x 5m with depths of 1.5m to 2m and privated for sole use of the occupants it is recommended that children are supervised at all times in the garden for their safety.
Coast/Beach
Ayia Thekla beach is 500m away which has golden sands and rock pools further down the coast line toward Potomus has the harbour itself and long golden beach.
Toward Ayia Napa coast you have many different beaches the best one being Nissi beach which does get very crowded in the holiday season.
In protaras fig tree bay has to be up there with nissi beach, which isn't too busy but the locals tend to use at the weekends and during public holidays.
Skiing
The Troodos mountains provide skiing in the winter months.
Travel
Larnaca airport is 40km away, which is about 35 minutes drive as the roads in Cyprus are very quiet compared to the UK. Paphos is 183km away, which is about 2 hours drive.
Limassol port is 110km away, about 75 min drive.

Further details
There are many banks in Ayia Napa finding one shouldn't be a problem.
The is a kiosk 100m away from the villa which sell basic requirements, the larger supermarkets are in Paralimni.
The are many restaurants to choose from which you are spoilt for choice with the different cuisines.
Water sports are available from March to October on the beaches in Protaras and Ayia Napa.
Booking notes
Full balance is required 8 weeks before departure.
We will require a 20% deposit upon confirmation of you booking, the remaining 80% 8 weeks prior to departure, we will also require an refundable security fee of £250 for any damages that may occur.
Terms & conditions apply for groups aged 18 to 24.
Cancellations:-
Up to 8 weeks - The 20% booking deposit
Between 4 - 8 weeks - 40% of rate
Between 2 - 4 weeks - 60% of rate
Less than 2 weeks - No refund
