The property boasts a quite location with sea views from the balcony and within 5 mins walking distance from the traditional Cypriot Village Square of Tala. Bathrooms: Fully tiled family bathroom with bath/shower, wash basin with light and mirror above. Electric shaver point to side of the over sink mirror.
Kitchen: A fully fitted kitchen with stylish marble work surfaces and beech cabinets, cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and including all the kitchen crockery, cutlery and glassware needed for your stay.
Living Rooms: Spacious and light living and dining area with two sofas, one of which converts into a double bed. There are 2 large patio doors leading to the balcony which has views of the sea. 28" colour TV, DVD player and CD music centre.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Linen and bath towels included (no beach towels). Cleaning and linen changing is weekly. Welcome Pack if requested £15.

 

Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning can be used for heating the property in the cooler months. The location is very suitable for children who will enjoy the pleasures of the large swimming pool.

Outside
On the balcony you will find a patio table and chairs for all your outside dining requirements. The pool area has sun loungers and parasols as part of the communal complex. There are male/female changing rooms including WC and showers as part of the swimming pool area. The property also comes with an underground car parking space to keep you car cool in the heat of the summer months!

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is the blue flag coral bay beach which is approx 15 mins drive from the village. This beach has sun loungers and parasols for hire as well as a well stocked cafe for all your refreshments.

Golf
There is a golf course at Tsada which is approx 20 mins away and further afield are the courses at Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley.

Skiing
During the winter months Skiing in the Troodos Mountains is available which is approx. 1½ hour drive away

Travel
The nearest airport to the property is Paphos which is approx 20 mins drive. Secondary airport is Larnaca which is 1½ hour drive away. Car hire is not a necessity as there are taxi and bus routes to/from the village. However, it is recommended to make the best of the surrounding sites and attractions.

Distances
The town of Paphos is 5km/15 mins drive from the apartment. With the Tomb of the Kings equal distance along the coastal road. he village also has access to the spectacular Ayios Neophytos Monastery.

Further details
The village square is 5 mins walk where it has all the necessary amenities such as 2 supermarkets, several very good tavernas and bars. It also has a fine example of a Cypriot orthodox church.

Booking notes
On booking by either e-mail or telephone your reservation will be held for 7 days. A booking form will be dispatched for you for completion. A non-refundable 30% deposit is required with the completed booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before departure. A deposit of £100 is required for breakages (refundable on departure).
