Ideal location for a side trip to the natural grotto on the Akamas Peninsula near Latchi where legend has it that the Greek goddess of love, Aphrodite, used to take her baths. The Penthouse Apartment is fully air conditioned throughout. It has tiled floors, to keep it cool throughout the summer months. It is also fully heated throughout. Suitable for children.
Outside
The large balcony to the front has a large stone built bar-be-que for al fresco dining and has stunning panaromic sea views. A Table with 4 chairs sits at the front of the balcony. It has an outside light, and overhead awnings, to keep you cool in summer. There is a smaller balcony to the rear with a small table and 2 chairs. The Communal pool is fair size and kept well maintained.
Coast/Beach
A 2 minute walk and you are on the beautiful beaches of Latchi. You can walk around Latchi Marina, which is truly beautiful and peaceful. There are about 10 tavernas/restaurants to choose from. There are 2 good sized supermarkets, supplying fresh fruits and vegetables. Only a short drive is the beautiful town of Polis. Approx 45 minutes drive is the town of Paphos. The Akamas mountains, is approx 20 minutes drive.
Travel
Paphos Airport is only 45 minutes drive away. To get the best out of your holiday car hire is highly recommended.
Distances
Latchi Village is a 2 minute walk offering, a number of taverna's, bar's,restaurants, shops and mini markets. ATM faciltites are available at the bank. Latchi has a beautiful Marina, and many of the restaurants face this area. Polis town is a 15 minute walk from Latchi or 5 minutes by car. You will find some lovely places to eat, drink and be merry!
