Bedrooms two and three also have fully fitted wardrobes. All bedrooms have full sized single beds to sleep six people and TVs. Separate bathroom with enclosed shower cubicle. Downstairs consists of an open plan lounge with fully equipped kitchen. Appliances include gas cooker,with oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and kettle. Separate WC and washbasin. Two patio doors leading out to a lovely crazy paved patio, with a fantastic view of the pool, paphos coastline and sea. Luxury furnishings, leather sofas, LCD flat screen TV, CD/stereo, DVD player, MP3 compatible. Air conditioning units in lounge and master bedroom, and are charged for extra. However ceiling fans are fitted in all rooms. Underfloor central heating for winter holiday makers.

Coast/Beach
There are numerous beaches in the Paphos area and are all a short drive away from the complex where the properties are situated.

Golf
Approx 10 minutes away from Tsada golf course, which plays to a par 72, and measures 6060m. Other excellent courses include Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley, being a short distance away by car.

Skiing
Skiing activities are generally around the months of January to March in the troudos mountains.

Travel
Approx 30 minutes drive from Paphos airport.
Car hire is recommended for those wanting to maximise these properties true potential and for exploring the island.

Distances
15 minutes drive to Paphos town and harbour where you find a range of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes.
Approx 30 minutes drive to the lovely towns of Polis and Latchi. The lovely sandy beach of Coral Bay is only around 15/20 mins car drive away.

Further details
Paphos is fast becoming a popular resort, especially with its warm Mediterranean climate throughout most of the year. Its picturesque harbour is lined with good restaurants and bars where you can pass the time of day quite easily watching the boats or just the friendly way of life cyprus has to offer. The old town is also an enjoyable place to visit with its fruit and veg markets and local shops and cafe bars.
Cyprus is a culture seekers paradise and paphos, with its impressive Tomb of the Kings and other historical sites, has been designated a world heritage site.

Booking notes
25% deposit (non-refundable), upon booking and balance payable 8 weeks prior. Full payment to be made if travelling less than 8 weeks.
There will also be a £100 security deposit for the apartment and £150 security deposit for the villa, which is payable with final payment, but which will be repaid approx one week of departure, upon the property being left in a satisfactory condition.

The apartment was very nice and in a beautiful location, we enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle in Paphos but near enough to have some nice meals there at night.
