The villa is built on a plot of 1100sq.m,its interior covers 200sq.m and the verandas (covered, uncovered & pool area) 210sq.m.
It is set in a small residential area, amidst lush greenery, surrounded by banana plantations in the beautiful countryside of Paphos, close to the famous Coral Bay area (4km). Here one can enjoy its sandy beaches, shops, taverns, banks, etc.

Notes on prices
Air conditioning is optional and charged extra. Private leisure facilities (sauna and whirlpool/Jacuzzi room with shower) are optional/on request and charged extra as well (depending of the number of guests).
For the 9th person there is a supplement of £70 per week
Baby cots and high chairs can be provided without any extra cost.
The price of £450 (mid November - mid March) is based on 2 persons. Bookings 25% in advance Balance 6-8 weeks before arrival. Car hire can be arranged through us.

Poseidon Prestigious villa is situated on the west coast of Cyprus, 15km away from the city center of Pafos, 4km from the famous Coral Bay area and 1.5km from the traditional village of Pegeia and St George Bay. It is 800 meters away from the sea.
The beaches of Coral Bay and all amenities are just a five minute drive away. Sea Caves area is nearby for those who are looking for adventure while Mediterranean waters are just perfect for snorkeling and any other kind of water sports.
Golf
Golf Information Tsada Golf Club is 20 minutes away from Pafos. (25 minutes from the Villa). 18 hole course on an elevated position 550 meters above sea level. It plays to a par 72 and measures 6060 meters. The Secret Valley Golf Club is located 18 km east of Pafos (30 minute drive away from the villa). It lies in a scenic valley with grand trees adding to the new course’s maturity and the beautiful scalped natural rock formations offer panoramic views to the golfer. It plays to a par 72 and measures 6120 meters. Aphrodite Golf is also 30km away from the villa.
Travel
Pafos airport 30km. Larnaka airport 140km. Pegeua village with shops, taverns, banks etc, 1.5km. Pafos town and Kato Pafos (tourist area) 15km. Coral Bay 3.5km away.
