These brand new apartments are situated close to the sea on the outskirts of Lapta with local shops and the beach all within walking distance. Both benefit from use of owners Beach Club membership. The penthouse apartment has a fantastic pergola and commands spectacular sea views whilst both apartments are overlooked by the stunning Besparmak Mountain range. The interiors of both apartments have marble floors throughout, granite work surfaces in the kitchen and are furnished to a high standard. As well as the large communal pool there is a separate children's pool and spacious grounds. The properties are only a short drive from Kyrenia with its unspoilt Venetian harbour, Byzantine castle and many restaurants whilst Escape Beach can be reached in a matter of minutes. These apartments may be let separately or in conjunction with one another which may interest larger families or 2 families holidaying together.

There is air conditioning in both apartments.
Outside
The penthouse apartment has the benefit of a full length roof terrace with the option of shaded seating under the feature pergola and a BBQ for al fresco dining.
The ground floor apartment benefits from a garden, furniture and a BBQ.
Coast/Beach
The coast is approx 500ms away and there are a number of beaches within walking distance or a matter of 2 mins drive. Escape Beach is a short drive away. There is also a brand new water park opened which is also within a couple on mins drive.
Travel
Three airlines fly to Northern Cyprus (Ercan airport) from the UK, Turkish Airlines, Cyprus Turkish Airlines and Atlas Jet. Transfers take approx 30 mins and are free if car hire for at least one week is booked through our recommended agent. A greater choice of flights are available to Southern Cyprus (Larnaca/Paphos). Transfers from Larnaca across the border takes approx 90 mins whilst from Paphos it takes 2½ hours. Hire car is recommended but not essential
Distances
Lapta is a short walk whilst Kyrenia is about 10km away.
Further details
The apartments both have Satellite TV with English channels whilst The Penthouse also has a Playstation 2 for the younger members of your group.You also have the use of the owners membership of a local beach club and its facilities which include pool, restaurant, TV lounge, gym, golf driving range, quad bikes, paint-balling, water sports and boat trips. The membership provides free entrance for four people and a 20% discount against all purchases. Key collection, car hire, welcome packs and airport transfers can all be arranged through the owner's local managing agents.
Booking notes
20% non-refundable deposit is payable on booking together with a refundable bond against damage of £150. The remaining balance to be paid not less than 8 weeks prior to commencement of letting period.
