With forestry land sitting behind the villa it makes easy access for breath taking walks both towards Ilgaz and Lapta. Also just 5 minutes drive from the sea and 15 minutes from the main town of Kyrenia. Detached, set in approx 3rd of an acre of terraced gardens, it provides very generous accommodation with 4 double bedrooms and three bathrooms, two being en suite; all fully air conditioned and with a glorious horizon infinity pool.

Kitchen: The kitchen is comprehensively fitted with solid wood units, granite work-surfaces, gas hob, eye level electric cooker; dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and is accessible from the lounge and hallway.
Utility Room: Washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes airer, vacuum cleaner.
Living Rooms: The house is furnished throughout with traditional wooden furniture and furnishings, this villa is ideal for rental throughout the year. An open fireplace is also featured in the main living room.

Includes the provision of all bed sheets, bath towels and beach/pool towels. The property is cleaned and linen changed weekly. Additional cleaning and linen changes available for a small charge.

Notes on accommodation
Ideal for rental throughout the year. For your comfort and convenience the villa, pool and garden is fully managed and serviced by a local company. Due to its steep terraced position, it may not be ideal for very young children and those with mobility problems however, vehicular access is available at the ground floor level. On arrival you will find a welcome pack of fresh food and drink. Cold water dispenser. Built-in safe. Pay As You Go local mobile phone.

Outside
The landscaped terraced garden is spacious and is equipped with sun beds and pool chairs. The multi-leveled terraced grounds also host a fitted BBQ and an external pergola covered terrace with bench seating for alfresco dining. All ground floor rooms have access to the gardens and terraces via French windows.

Coast/Beach
7 mins drive to nearest beaches. 10 mins to Escape Beach.

Travel
40 mins drive to Ercan airport. Car hire recommended. We can source reasonably priced vehicles for visitors.

Distances
15 mins walk to nearest restaurant. 15 mins walk to centre of village and shops. 15 mins drive to Kyrenia. Villa is at the gateway to mountain trails for walkers.

Further details
New for 2012, the village Market(shop) in Malatya which for a number of years been derelict has been reopened by the Granddaughter of the original owners, it is open 09:00 until 22:00 daily. They stock a varied range of produce & products including local fresh bread. You may also sit on their veranda & have tea/coffee whilst watching the World go slowly by, they plan to serve drinks & snacks during the summer months. It’s 5-10 minutes walk by the way.

Just a quick note to thank you for a great week away. Your villa is truly lovely and we didn't really feel the need to leave it at all, so therefore we had the most relaxing week away for many years. The boys loved the pool our youngest 2 both learnt to swim unaided which is marvellous. The position on the mountain top is breathtaking and caused us great excitement each evening when returning home from our meals out; I think that is the steepest driveway we've ever seen! Anyway thanks again for a great week, we will definately be back (we hope).Beth, Jason, Boys, & Nanny & Grandad. We all agreed it was one of the best family holidays we have had for some time.
