Villa Roma is a recently completed 3 bedroom villa, located in a quiet area of the Secret Valley golf resort. It provides air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living areas. Outside, the rear garden contains the large pool, and has far reaching views across the surrounding countryside. It is ideally located for either golf lovers, or those looking for a relaxing break. Paphos and the west coast of Cyprus are within easy reach of the villa.

Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Master double bedroom with en-suite shower room, and air-conditioning. Two further twin bedrooms, each with air-conditioning. All bedrooms have dressing tables, mirror, and private balconies. |
| Bathrooms: | Main bathroom has full bath with shower. En-suite has shower. Separate toilet downstairs off the living area. |
| Kitchen: | Fully equipped, including full oven and 4 ring hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster. |
| Living Rooms: | Living area contains comfortable 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa, and armchair. 29" TV, with DVD and Sky satellite system receiving UK television channels. Occasional furniture and Radio/CD player. Dining area has a large dining table with 6 chairs. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bed linen and bath/hand towels are provided. These are changed at least every week during a longer stay, and more frequently by arrangement. |

Notes on accommodation
The villa has air-conditioning throughout, which also provides heating during the winter months.
Wireless internet is available in some areas within the villa from a local WiFi hotspot. This costs around 25 Euro per week, the WiFi is not under control of the owners, and payment is made directly to the operator.
Outside
The private pool is 10m x 5m, ranging from 0.9m to 1.8m depth. The garden is enclosed, and provides outstanding views over the surrounding countryside. Sunloungers with cushions for 6 are provided, as are large sun umbrellas. There is also a large outside dining table with 6 comfortable chairs.
Coast/Beach
The coast lies just opposite the entrance to Secret Valley, with the famous Aphrodite's Rock close by.
Golf
The villa is located on the Secret Valley golf course, the clubhouse is a few minutes drive away. Neighbouring Aphrodite Hills golf club is a few minutes up the main highway, and Tsada golf club is around 20 minutes away.
Travel
Villa Roma is around 10 minutes from Paphos airport. Larnaca airport is around 80 minutes away.
Car hire is essential.
Distances
The nearest resturant and bar is in the Secret Valley clubhouse, and provides exceptional value. There are a number of tavernas both in Kouklia village and in the surrounding area. Paphos town is around 15 minutes away.
Booking notes
£200 deposit payable at time of booking, with the remainder payable 8 weeks before the start of the rental. We are happy to hold a reservation without deposit for a couple of days, to allow flights to be arranged.
