Bedrooms: Three bedrooms in total consisting of one double and two twins, all on the first floor, all air conditioned, and all with fitted wardrobes. Two of the bedrooms have access to the balcony which offers views of the pool and the private gardens of the villa.
Bathrooms: Two bathrooms on the first floor with one being an en-suite shower room, and the other being a main bathroom with bathtub. There is also a guest cloackroom on the ground floor.
Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen with all the necessary utensils including washing machine, dish washer, cooker and oven.
Living Rooms: Spacious living area with leather seating for six in comfort, with access to the shahded patio area, gardens and private pool.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and linen are provided but please bring your own beach/pool towels. The villa is cleaned weekly.

Notes on accommodation
We have tried to equip and furnish the villa to a very high stadard in order to ensure that guests are always made to feel welcome. The villa is exceptionally maintained and will appeal to guests who are looking for a comfortable yet affordable villa holiday in the sun. We have put every thought into making the property an ideal family holiday villa, from careful selection of the location so that it is ideal for walking to local supermarkets, restaurants, and the beach, to furnishing and equipping the villa so that nothing is wanted. Guests will make full use of the outdoor area, which is private, and will spend much time at the two shahed areas which offer seating and dining right by the pool.

Outside
Completely private pool area with a 5m X 10m pool with walkin steps and depth size of 1m & 2m. Full collection of outdoor furniture including dining table and six chairs and six sunbeds and two umbrellas.There is alos a barbeque and the shahded outdoor areas will make outdoor dining especially attractive.

Coast/Beach
The sandy beach of Coral Bay Village is less than a 10 minute walk away and offers an exceptional sandy bay along with a cafe/restaurant, and many water sports.

Golf
The villa is located within 30 minutes of the Aphrodite Hills & Resort which features an 18 hole championship golf course, a double ended 350 meter practice range, 4 target greens with bunkers, short game practice facilities, 3 academy holes (1xPar3, 2xPar4), 2 resident professional golf instructors, a large and inviting clubhouse with bar and restaurant facilities, terraces overlooking the 18th green, Pro shop offering the latest fashion in golf apparel, and golf equipment from the leading manufacturers.

Travel
Paphos International Airport is 20km away, and Larnaca International Airport is about 1.40 hour away.

Distances
The villa is located in the heart of Coral Bay and is within a short walk of banks, restaurants, tavernas, cafes, bars, and shops as well as the sandy beach of Coral Bay. Paphos International Airport is 25km away, and the nearest large town is Paphos which is located less than 10 mins by car and has a large selection of shops, restaurants and a good night life. However, most guests remain within Coral Bay which is within a 5 minute walk and offers all amenities including a sandy beach.

Further details
This villa will appeal to guests who seek a truly luxury villa with a large and spacious private pool area and who do not necessarily wish to hire a car. This villa is very highly recommended. If you would like to provisionally reserve the villa pending your search for suitable flights we would be happy to take the property off the market for you for a period of 3 days in order to offer some ‘breathing space’. Once you have found suitable flights, to secure a villa booking we ask for a down payment of 30% and the balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. Payment can be made to us via either a cheque drawn on a UK bank, by direct bank transfer, or via PayPal through most credit/debit cards. Please note for flight purposes that we ask that you move into the villa after 15.00 hours on arrival and we would like the property back by 11.00 am on the day of your departure, unless by prior arrangement. If you would like to hire a car for your holiday, we recommend a local company which will offer you a great deal on car hire. Included in their service, they meet you at the airport (Paphos) and deliver the car to you there. You can then follow them to the villa where they will hand over the keys to the property. This means that you will save an average of € 110.00 for the arrival and return journey to the airport in taxi fares. Their car hire rates are very attractive and we have always been encouraged by the reviews posted to us by previous guests. Alternatively, if you would like a taxi to collect you at the airport we will send a trustworthy local taxi driver to collect you and he will have the keys to the villa for you.
