The property is located just off the main road that runs between Paphos and Coral Bay, just behind the Lidl Supermarket and there is a frequent bus service outside the complex which accesses all the amenitities in Paphos and beyond. There are a number of acclaimed restaurants and bars within 5 minutes walking of the complex. The owner has lived comfortably in the property for the last 2 years and over the last 12 months the majority of the furniture and furnishings have been replaced. There is also a lift for the less energetic. The property is ideal for exploring the Wine Routes in the Akamas and Paphos region, cars can be rented locally. Notes on prices
Prices are inclusive of VAT and include cleaning and linen changes. A security deposit of £100 (refundable) is required when the balance of the holiday is made, 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday.
Changeover day
Arrival and departure times are flexible, any constraints will be notified as soon as possible. (ie if there is a back-to-back booking, arrival and departure times may become fixed).

Accessibility
All floors of the complex are served by a lift.
Outside
Balcony can seat up to 4 people comfortably, with views accross the complex, the pool and the sea. As the apartment faces southwest, it's ideal for taking afternoon teas, watching the sun go down. Sunsets are majestic.
Coast/Beach
There is a sandy beach on the other side of the main road from the complex, about 5 minutes walk away. The better beaches are in Coral Bay, about 30 minutes by bus, and the communal beach in Paphos harbour - about 20 minutes by bus.
Golf
There is a local golf course at Minthis Hills, about 30 minutes drive away, and the acclaimed Aphrodite's Golf course is 40 minutes drive away. On the way to Coral Bay there is a local driving range and mini golf where equipment can be hired.

The owner is a director of Amadeus Holidays Limited and offers guided and self guided tours around Cyprus throughout the year. These can be tailor made to suit your ability.
Travel
The nearest airport is Paphos International, and it's 25 minutes by taxi. Car hire is optional - just remember to bring your driving licence with you.
Distances
Paphos harbour and Bar Street are 20 minutes by bus, 40 minutes walking. Taxis cost about €10 each way.
Booking notes
A deposit of £100 is required per booking, balance along with a security bond of £100 to be paid 8 weeks prior to the holiday. The security bond is refunded 7 days after the end of the holiday, less any costs for damaged items.

About the owner
Hi everyone, I've owned my property in Kings Palace for 8 years and lived and worked here in Cyprus for the last 2 years. During this time I've refurbished my apartment - decorated it, replaced some of the furniture and made it into my home. I have a lot of friends over here in Paphos and with their help, I've decided to earn more income by renting out my apartment.
I love walking and formed my business Amadeus Holidays Limited offering walking tours around Cyprus. I especially like walking in Northern Cyprus and in 2010 organised and completed the 'cape to cape walk' across the Kyrenia Mountains, some 220km. If you want to go walking - talk to me, it's what clear blue skies and a good pair of boots were made for.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Since I first came to Cyprus in 2000 I've loved the island and in 2004 decided to buy a place over here. I brought this property because of it's view of the sea and the communal pool. There is also a small expat community here that look after the properties on the complex. (I'm now one of them). It's also 5 minutes walk from some of the best restaurants and bars, which have improved greatly since I moved here. They're always open - great in the winter. Lidl opened last year and sells cheaper food than anywhere else and so you can, if you want to, rustle up a great meal in my kitchen. The local bus route is outside the complex so access to all facilities is good.
Unique benefits of the property
The complex and communal pool is one of the best in Paphos. The pool is checked and cleaned on a daily basis and we, the owners, complain if it isn't. Anyone renting my apartment knows that I'm available, on site, to answer or deal with any problems that arise. I can also advise where the best place to eat and drink is and generally help you get the most from your holiday.
