This recently refurbished, air conditioned apartment is situated in the family resort of Protaras, set in a quieter slightly elevated location, a short walk away from numerous shops, restaurants and pubs. It is a very spacious one bedroomed apartment, which can sleep four to five people. An open plan kitchen/diner and lounge leads onto a large open balcony with modern patio furniture which gives excellent sea and countryside views. All linen and bath towels provided. All furniture and appliances are new.

We have reduced the price for 2008 to help with the increased air fare surcharges. Winter let prices to be negotiated with apartment owners. Late availability offer or long term lets @ £200 per week.

1 large airconditioned (costs of airconditioing included in rental price) bedroom with 2 modern single beds, bedside cabinets and dressing table leads onto the spacious balcony. A hairdryer is also provided for your convenience. Baby cots can be provided. |

All new kitchen equipment includes a four ringed hob, fridge, and modern microwave oven with grill, electric kettle and toaster. Dining table and chairs. Any additional items eg. high chairs or a cot can be provided prior to arrival. |

A steam iron and ironing board are provided. |
| Living Rooms: |
Living room has two double bed settees, a radio and CD player, a television and DVD player. A variety of childrens games, books and beach and pool toys are also provided for use during your stay. |

A large built in cupboard, situated opposite the bedroom provides ample hanging space. |
Cleaning/towels/

The apartment is thoroughly cleaned prior to arrival and for stays of more than one week, mid term cleaning of the apartment can be arranged. Ample towels and bedlinen will be provided for the duration of your stay. Airport transfers can also be arranged. |
Notes on accommodation
The apartment block is made up of two levels,and is one of two privately owned apartments on the second level with some steps leading up to the front door. The balcony railings are quite high, so there would be no danger to small children. A flat grassed area can be found on both sides of the apartment, ideal for ball games. A new pool has been installed, completed June, 2007.

Outside
Landscaped gardens, some flat grassed areas, large shared pool (shared with other apartment owners), set approx 30 metres from apartment. Apartment patio has large patio table and chairs, ideal for outside dining and for drinks in the evening.
Coast/Beach
Protaras has an extensive beached coastline, with several soft sand beaches. Protaras beach can be reached within a short walking distance (10-12 minutes from the apartment, 3 mins by car). The famous Fig Tree Bay with its calmer, child friendly sea can be found slighly further away (20 minute walk, 5 mins by car).
Travel
The nearest airport is Larnaca, approx 45 Kilometres from the apartment. Use of a car is not essential, but quality cars can be hired from the airport or the resort at reseasonable prices, should you wish to explore the rest of Cyprus. Local buses run between Aya Napa, Protaras and Paralimni (a traditional Cypriot town) every 20 minutes.
Distances
5 Km to Ayia Napa - lively resort with many nightclubs and fabulous beaches.
8 Km to Paralimni, a traditional Cypriot town with local Tavernas, streetside cafes and many good quality clothes, shoes and jewellery shops.
Further details
There are many good restaurants and pubs in Protaras, Italian, Greek, Chinese and Indian and also the inevitable McDonalds. Leather goods, Jewellery and Designer spectacles shops can all be found in the resort as well as pharmacies, where you can just pop in for over the counter remedies or consult the very knowledgable Pharmacists if you have a not too serious medical problem.
