The villa is approximately 25-30 minutes to the nearest beach.
Golf
Cyprus has a variety of golf courses all with in 30-40 minutes drive from the villa.
Skiing
The Troodos Mountains are 25 minutes from the villa and are usually snow-covered from January-March.
Travel
There are two airports in Cyprus, Larnaca and Paphos. They are both approximately 1hr 10mins drive from the villa. It is suggested that you will need a car and this can be organised over the internet prior to your visit and collected from your chosen airport.
Distances
Lania village is around 5 mins drive away and contains two good restaurants. The nearest grocery store is some 10 mins drive away in the village of Trimiklini. There are a host of good supermarkets 20 mins away towards Limassol.

The superb location of this property is perfect for those seeking a tranquil and relaxing holiday. It offers the opportunity to experience the stunning mountain views and sample the excellent Cypriot cuisine of the many local inexpensive tavernas. Or you may simply choose to idle your days away relaxing by the villa's large private pool.
Booking notes
Please book by either e-mailing or telephoning. We will require a 25% non-returnable deposit along with a post-dated cheque for £150 for possible damages that may occur. This will be returned to you after your holiday if not required. Full payment will be required 8 weeks prior to your holiday or immediately if making a late booking.

Had a great three weeks here. Have to agree with all your guests, the villa is in a perfect location with the most beautiful views. Neighbours friendly, nice village shops in trimiklini, brilliant tavernas, what more could you ask for.
