Arriving at villa amerie your breath will be taken away by the fabulous panoramic views of chrysohou bay and latchi harbour. Once you step inside, you will find that everything has been beautifully designed by celebrity linda barker, including a spacious open plan kitchen and dining room with floor to ceiling glass doors looking out over the sea. Step outside to enjoy a private pool, garden, sun terrace and bbq. Villa amerie is very close to both latchi and polis - a 2 and 5 minute drive respectively - and is extremely well placed to enjoy the wide variety of outdoor activities nearby including watersports, hiking, quad biking, horse riding and seeing the turtles.

Accessibility
Private parking is immediately outside the villa. There are approx 3-4 steps down to the villa's front door. The pool is on the ground floor level and easily accessible via two sets of ceiling to floor sliding glass doors - either from the kitchen or living room. The ground floor level also has the kitchen, dining room, living room, twin bedroom and bathroom.
Outside
This villa benefits from a fantastic large, private outdoor living space, and heated pool. It includes 6 stylish and comfortable sun loungers, a top sun terrace and drinks area, a BBQ and dining area with table and chairs all overlooking a lit pool, stunning ocean views and Cyprus' beautiful native flowers.
Coast/Beach
Latchi beach and marina with lovely restaurants, bars and traditional tavernas is a 2 minute drive away. Polis is a 5-7 minute drive away, with more shops, restaurants and a busy nightlife. Other beaches along the coast line are also easy to explore by car or quad bike/buggy.
Golf
There are 3 golf courses nearby, Tsada, Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley that are all within 15 - 20 minutes drive. There are a further 2 golf courses further along the island.
Travel
Paphos airport (PFO) is less than 1 hour drive away. From the U.K. Easyjet, Thomas Cook, Thomson, Monarch, Jet2 and Cyprus airlines all fly frequently. Larnaca airport is larger but is an approx 2 hour drive.
Distances
The traditional and quaint Cypriot village of Neo Chorio is a 10 minute walk and offers a traditional taverna serving fantastic local food, and a store with an extensive range of fresh food and household goods.
Latchi Marina is 2 mins by car and has lovely restaurants and boat hire, whilst Polis is 5 mins away offering more restaurants and nightlife. A whole host of activities including watersports, quad biking, hiking etc are all less than 10 mins drive away.
Booking notes
A 20% deposit is required to confirm the booking, and the full balance is payable 10 weeks prior to arrival. You will be met at the villa or airport with the keys on arrival.

I stayed here early last October and had an absolutly smashing holiday. The villa was idyllic; with fantastic views, a private swimming pool, private parking and large ensuite bedrooms. It was only a 5 minute drive from latchi- which has stunning beaches, fab restaurants and is a top night out. There was a welcome package left by the owners, which included everything from takeaway menu's, must-do's/must see's to maps and instructions on how to get there. It was exremely helpful and was a fantastic insight into not only into the culture and history of latchi, but how to make the most of your stay. Will 100% be visiting again.

I stayed here with friends for a week in June this year (2011). It's a beautifully appointed and very comfortable villa with all the mod cons. With an excellent pool and great views of the coastline, early evening BBQs were a lot of fun on the patio!

Young professional couple (Managing Director, and Restaurant & Bar owner) with 4 kids who love to make the most of all the activities and fun that life has to offer, but also appreciate the opportunity to relax and enjoy the finer things in life.
We love outdoor activities and so have enjoyed hiring boats in Latchi for waterskiing and touring the coastline. We have also enjoyed hiring quad bikes to explore the area and visit the turtles. And in the evenings have either stayed in to have drinks and cook/BBQ in the villa whilst overlooking the ocean and beautfully lit pool. Or go out for quiet dinners and amazing, genuine local food in Neo Chorio. Or hit Latchi for some drinks and dancing.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We bought this property because we wanted somewhere that is beautifully hot all year round, and is very easy to travel to. We wanted a villa that was decorated to an exceptionally high standard as we love interior design, and wanted to be in an area that enables you to have whatever sort of holiday we feel like - whether it be a quite relaxing break, doing not very much; or an activity oriented action holiday of experiencing new things; or somewhere to come with our friends and enjoy the parties and nightlife. We're very pleased to report back that our villa and its location achieves all of these things, and would be great for families, singles or couples!

This villa is a real home from home, so it has everything you need to be completely self-sufficient, so you could spend the whole week at the villa if you wanted, enjoying the pool and the views. Or similarly, you can experience all the activities and nightlife of Latchi and Polis - each of which offers something slightly different.
