This spacious, modern, luxury villa in a quiet cul-de-sac, is beautifully finished, furnished and fully equipped to a high standard. It sleeps 7, has 3 bedrooms and private pool. Located on a small select development, in an idyllic setting, bordered by eucalyptus trees, within the backdrop of the Oroklini Hills and stunning countryside. Oroklini extends from the sea inland several kilometres to the hills. The coastline has some of the best sandy beaches in the area. There are a variety of watersports and a selection of international restaurants. Oroklini, a pretty village, has locally all amenities: supermarkets, bakeries, banks, chemists, hairdressers and its famous award winning tavernas. The local people are ready to greet every visitor with their traditional hospitality. Larnaca town with its marina, palm-lined waterfront promenade, children’s play areas, restaurants, bars and bustling nightlife and excellent shopping, is 10 minutes drive. Larnaca Airport is 20 minutes drive.

Notes on accommodation
The village and cul-de-sac location of Villa Avrio makes it particularly safe and suitable for children. Full remote air conditioning / heating in all bedrooms and in the living area. Also ceiling fans in all bedrooms and a wall mounted fan in the living area. There is no extra charge for air conditioning, electricity, satellite TV, cot or use of the safe.
Our English representatives live locally and can be contacted easily should the need arise.
We have a non-smoking policy in our villa and ask that guests respect this.
Outside
Open hillside views to the rear of our villa which is not directly overlooked. Private pool, fully maintained, outdoor shower, sun loungers, patio furniture, parasol and built barbeque in poolside area. Sun loungers and a small table on the large upper veranda. Two chairs and a small table on the front facing balcony. Driveway parking for 2 cars.
Coast/Beach
Excellent, quiet, safe, golden, sandy local "blue flag" beach 2km / 5 minutes by car or local bus service. The Oroklini coastline is home to a number of 4 star hotels. Towards Dhekelia there is another beach of an equally high standard with amenities, parking and a children's play area. Larnaca town also has a beautiful "blue flag" beach.
Travel
Larnaca International Airport is 20 mins drive. We can email clear directions to our villa from either Larnaca or Paphos airport and arrange our English meet and greet service at the villa at no extra cost. We can also give you details of a reliable local car hire company which we always use. As in the UK, driving is on the left. We would recommend a car to maximise your Cyprus experience, although there is a bus service from Oroklini to Larnaca, Ayia Napa etc.
Distances
There are excellent road connections to the whole island. Nicosia is half an hour away and so are Protaras and Ayia Napa. The water park on the outskirts of Ayia Napa is only a 20 minute drive. The Troodos Mountains (good for winter skiing) are an hour away and Paphos, on the west coast, just over an hour.
Further details
Bowling and water sports on the coast (water skiing, wind-surfing, sailing canoes and paragliding). Scuba diving is quite popular with one of the best shipwrecks just off the bay. Cycling is also a popular activity. Close by, Dhekelia has horse riding and a small golf club. In Larnaca there is a comprehensive range of shops from local supermarkets to well known brand stores, craft and gift shops as well as a colourful market. There is also a weekly Sunday market close to Oroklini. At our Villa Avrio we have provided an information file to give you ideas about where to go, things to do, places to eat out and shopping in Cyprus. We have also included some practical information which we hope guests will find useful during their stay.
Booking notes
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required. Balance to be paid at least 8 weeks prior to arrival date. We now must charge £200 damage deposit to be paid with the balance. If all is well, this will be fully refunded directly after your holiday. We can quote prices other than on a weekly basis (e.g. 10 days) or for longer holiday rental periods. Please enquire.
