Changeover day
Flexible with no set time of arrival or departure. On arrival guests will be collected from Larnaca Airport and taken to the apartment also taken back to same airport for the return flight.

Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning/heating to living rooms and all bedrooms for all year round use. Good quality appliances in all kitchens. All bedding is supplied including duvets and also towels. Guest are requested to take their own beach towels.
Outside
There is a shared swimming pool for use during the summer season (approximately May to October). Covered car parking space for each apartment.
Coast/Beach
3/4 minutes walk to local sandy beach with safe bathing and approximately 10 minutes walk to town beach and promenade. Also a very large sandy beach with safe swimming within approximately 15-20 minutes walk. Next to this beach are a series of local tavernas.
Golf
There is a new golf course being built just outside Larnaca - more details to follow.
Travel
Larnaca airport is within a 10 minute drive. A car is not essential as the apartments are very conveniently situated for beaches, tavernas and local shops, town and promenade.
Distances
Larnaca town is about 10 minute walk. Nicosia the capital is about 30 minute drive. Ayia Napa and Protaras is approx. 45 minutes drive. The Troodos mountains are well worth visiting and about 1 hours drive.
Further details
Close to local supermarket for every day needs, excellent fish tavernas and others very close. A diving centre is about 300 yards. Fishing and boat trips are available from the Marina and also submarine trips to the local wreck during the summer season. Larnaca's Salt Lake is near by, home to migrating flamingos in the Spring. St Lazarus church and the Old Fort are about 10 minutes walk with museums located in the town. Larnaca town has banks, a covered market, fashion and shoe shops, cafes, restaurants, opticians, tourist shops and a Saturday market where locals sell their produce. Just outside Larnaca there is a camel park and large go kart circuit for the more adventurous.
Booking notes
Before booking flights please check availability. A non-returnable deposit of £100 is required to secure the booking, with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. If your departure is within 8 weeks of the date of booking, full payment is required. A refundable breakages deposit is also required, to be confirmed at a later date. The owner does not accept responsibility for any losses or personal injury which occurs during your period of stay.

Excellent accommodation within close walking distance to all amenities. The locals are very friendly and most helpful.
