This opens into a spacious open-plan downstairs which includes a toilet with power shower, fully fitted luxury kitchen with stainless steel modern appliances including large fridge-freezer and washing machine, open plan living/dining room with large sofa-bed and 32' plasma satellite TV with a wide selection of free movies for guests to enjoy. This leads to a large outside patio overlooking the split-level infinity pool with changing rooms, showers and toilets. Marble stairs lead you upstairs to two large double bedrooms (balcony to master bedroom) and a family bathroom with power shower toilet and bath. Both bedrooms have plenty of built-in modern beech cupboards. There is air conditioning throughout the villa and the solid wall construction ensures that the property remains cool in the summer months. The property has a safe for valuables and other appliances including hair dryer, clothes dryer and beach towels.

Please note that a deposit of 20% is required at time of booking, with the remainder payable 8 weeks before arrival. We can take payment either into a Bank of Cyprus account in the euro or into a UK Halifax Bank account in pounds sterling. Payment in the euro would be converted from the pounds sterling amount (shown above) into the euro at the time of payment at that days' exchange rate. A very easy process for guests who live inside or external to the the UK!

There is a large table with six high-backed chairs outside on the large patio. There are ample sun loungers with parasols situated around both pools. The swimming pools have additional, underground changing rooms with toilets and showers. There is also a shared gymnasium with top of the range brand new fitness equipment. The property benefits from year-round flowers, palm trees and an extensive range of Mediterranean plants, which are watered regularly by staff for your enjoyment.

Location Information: Set in the idyllic and peaceful Anarita Valley this two bedroom town house is situated just a short 12 minute drive away from the lively town of Paphos and 30 minutes from bustling Limassol. It is less than eight minutes from Paphos airport (you cannot see or hear any aircraft from the development). For golf enthusiasts there is the 'Championship' course at Aphrodite Hills and the stunning 18 hole course at Secret Valley; both courses are less than ten minutes from the villa. Nearby beaches can be found less than 2 miles away and at Pissouri just 15 minutes from Anarita. For those that prefer to walk in the hills then quite simply walk out of the door, turn left and keep going! Within 10 minutes you are in the beautiful Cypriot countryside with heavenly views of the coastline. There are plenty of local restaurants and tavernas in the village of Anarita and also at Timi which also has a Beauty salon and additional supermarkets. There are numerous historical sites nearby to visit too.
