This popular two bedroom ground floor apartment has a superb location on the sought after Sirena Sunrise complex. A large private two-tier patio close to the feature communal pool give private sunbathing area if required, equipped with own sunbeds, while the upper tier is fitted with a child safety gate making the apartment also ideal for families with young children. The apartment benefits from a spacious open plan lounge area including TV seating area with two leather sofas, dining area, and kitchen. A double bedroom and twin bedroom with optional fold away bed provide sleeping for 5 in comfort. The lounge area area plus both bedrooms benefit from air conditioning. The bathroom is fully tiled and has a bath and shower. The apartment is tastefully furnished, has ceiling fans throughout, and is very well equipped to accommodate a maximum of 5. The numerous bars, restaurants and shops of Kato Paphos are within 10 minutes walk, and the nearest beaches are approx 15 minutes walk.

Changeover day is Wednesday but may be flexible in lower season. Apartment will be ready from 3pm on day of arrival.

Being a ground floor apartment and with the child safety gate on the first patio level, this apartment suits families with babies or young children, couples or families and individuals of all ages. A travel cot and high chair are available at no charge.

Outside
Attractive feature communal pool approximately 25m in length, with large shared sunbathing patio. Apartment has private patio with separate areas for outdoor dining and sunbathing. Patio furniture for 5 guests provided with sun umbrella. Private sunbeds (5) provided with apartment so you know you will always be able to top up that tan!

Coast/Beach
Nearest beaches around 10-15 minute walk. The popular Coral Bay beach is around 10-15 minutes by bus or car.

Golf
There are 3 18-hole championship golf courses within 20-25 minutes drive of the apartment:
Tsada Golf Club provides 18 holes of superb golf set in the grounds of a 12th century Monastery.
Secret Valley Golf Club is set in a spectacular setting in a scenic valley with grand trees and beautiful sculpted rock formations around.
Thirdly, there is the stunning new five-star creation at Aphrodite Hills.

Travel
Only about 15-20 minutes drive from Paphos airport. About 90 minutes from Larnaca.
Car hire is not essential, as the apartment is only about 15-20 minutes taxi ride from Paphos airport, and within easy walking distance (10 mins) of the main resort area.

£100 non-refundable deposit required to confirm booking. The balance, plus refundable security deposit of £80 is required 8 weeks prior to rental start date.

About the owner
We're Steve and Tracy Briggs and we live in East Sussex with our two children. We first visited Paphos in 1997, and knew then it was a holiday destination that has a real charm that brings people back time and time again.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Purchased in November 2005, the apartment is our only overseas property. We chose to buy in Paphos because of the genuine friendliness of the people, the fabulous choice of restaurants, and the ease at which one can settle in to the Cypriot way of life, while maintaining a feeling of "not too far from home", as English is spoken in all tourist locations, and they even drive on the same side of the road as in Britain! Paphos is also an excellent base should you wish to explore the islands treasures - Troodos mountains, villages, beaches, golf courses, ancient historic sites, even a ski resort in the mountains! (normally Jan-Mar and obviously weather dependant!)

Unique benefits of the property
We pride ourselves on the attention to detail applied to the apartment and its facilities, which is reflected in the positive comments we consistently receive in our visitors book, and the number of returning guests year after year. The apartment is in a great location overlooking the pool on a complex that in itself is well placed, being just 10 minutes walk from the main resort. The apartment has been described by guests as "home from home, with every convenience one could wish for". Suitable for families with children and couples of all ages, the apartment has proved to be very popular, and we take great care in maintaining its high standards.
