This is a luxury spacious 3 bedroom villa Modern which is superbly equipped. The villa has air-conditioned through out, and offers superior accommodation. There is two double bedrooms on the 1st floor both with en-suite's, both have patio doors onto a large terrace area, there is a further twin bedroom on ground floor, main bathroom, open plan kitchen dining area and lounge with patio doors to a covered pergola area looking over to pool. Off road parking. On first floor there is a large terrace facing the pool area, fly screens on windows and doors, private garden .to the rear of villa with sun beds and spectacular mountain views,the garden has a local stone wall around, the villa has English Satellite TV. Situated in a private cul-de-sac with a few other villas in the area .there are seven in total, which also share the large pool.

Notes on prices
The above price is to rent the villa for up to 4 people If more than 4 people staying price will be an extra 50.00 starting per person per week. Above rental price of villa includes electricity and water no extra bills have to be paid, but we do ask you to please use you use electricity carefully and water sparingly as these are very expensive here. Deposit is Non refundable and must be made before any booking will be confirmed. Full payment must be made at least 10 weeks before arrival date. Cancellation notice: If cancellation is after 10 weeks of your booked arrival date, no refund will be returned. If cancellation notice is before 10 weeks of arrival date 50% will be refunded less any bank fee's and admin fee's and only if a valid reason to cancel.

Inside villa is non smoking please but you may smoke outside thank you. The villa has a manager should you have any problems you can contact them this information will be inside villa information pack. A welcome pack will also be provided free of charge for your arrival, this will see you over until next day when you can go to the supermarket for your self. Bed linen and towels provided, but you will need to bring your own beach towels. the owner or agent will not be held responsible for any power cuts, lose of Satellite TV system, or power serge damage to guests property.while staying at the property.

Location Information: Bella View villa is in the ideal location as it is only five mile from the main town of Kyrenia where you can find all the facilities you require supermarkets, petroleum stations, shops, banks, restaurants,and night-life, the property is located near to Ozankoy Village below Bellapais on an elevated site at the foot of spectacular mountains back drop with panoramic sea views with olive trees and country side around the area, with private residential properties near by, no main traffic passing the property so it is ideal for a relaxing holiday, this area is like being in the country side but with the added bonus of being close to town,with just a short drive to the beaches.
