A lovely wrought iron stair case leads to the first floor.The dining area focuses on a pretty French style table &chairs conveniently next to the well appointed kitchen with smart black granite surfaces.The gardens are well equipped with 6 sun beds, 2 dining tables 12 chairs, sun umbrellas & lawns around a large 10X5 m underlit pool ,with graded steps for easy access also a shower &BBQ. There are herbs, oranges, lemons,passion fruit and even mulberries, which you can pick in season. Fly screens are fitted where necessary. Carport.
