Paradise Gardens 1V is a new small intimate complex (completed 2006). Situated on the edge of Kato Paphos but just 15 mins walk to the bars, restaurants and sea front. The apartment is furnished and equipped to a very high standard and can be accessed by the stairs or lift. The apartment is fully air conditioned with the added benefit of ceiling fans. The double length balcony is complete with patio furniture and sun loungers overlooking the pool, gardens and trees.

Changeover day
Normally 4pm takeover apartment and 11am leave apartment. These times maybe flexible depending on bookings.

Accommodation
Bedrooms: One bedroom with 5ft king size bed, fitted wardrobes,safe(items are left at your own risk), hairdryer provided, air conditioning unit, ceiling fan. Patio doors with fly screens. leading to double length balcony overlooking the pool.
Bathrooms: Fully tiled bathroom with bath/shower over wash basin and WC.Safety rail in the bath.
Kitchen: Modern kitchen, fully equipped for self catering including electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board also fire blanket, fire extinguisher, smoke alarm and first aid kit.
Living Rooms: Large lounge/diner comfortably furnished with a 3 seater sofa bed and a 2 seater sofa bed, air conditioning unit and 2 ceiling fans. Dining room table with 4 chairs, TV, DVD and CD player with a library of DVDs and CDs for your use. Patio doors to balcony
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Linen, pillows, blankets and indoor towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. The apartment will be cleaned before your arrival.

Notes on accommodation
Strictly no smoking (not even on the balcony), sorry no pets. Air Conditioning units which can also provide heat when required for the winter months. Transport to and from the airport can be arranged as well as a welcome pack when you arrive also baby equipment can be hired all at additional costs. Please enquire if required.

Outside
Large 23ft double length balcony with patio table, 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers (parental supervision recommended for young children on the balcony area). Balcony overlooks one of the 2 communal pools(which are floodlit at night) with views of the beautiful landscaped gardens and trees. At the poolside there are sun loungers and shower/WC facilities. On site parking available.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is the sea front at Paphos and the Alexander the Great Hotels beach which is 15 mins walk from the apartment or a short drive/bus journey away is Coral Bay Beach and Vardas Beach with its golden sands. There are numerous secluded sandy bays within 20 mins drive. Further afield are the unspoilt beaches of the Akamas Peninsular.

Golf
3 top quality 18 hole courses within easy driving are open all year round. Tsada- par 72- In unique and stunning scenery, perched 1800 feet into the foothills of the Troodos Mountains. Secet Valley-par 72 Hidden from view amidst dramatic sculptural rock formations. Aphrodite- par 71-On two high plateaus with stunning views of the sea, with excellent clubhouse.

Skiing
Skiing is usually available between January and March in the Troodos Mountains at Mount Olympus, one hours drive from Paphos.A small resort, there are 4 ski lifts and several cafes/restaurants.

Travel
Paphos airport is just 20 mins drive from Paradise. Taxi costs approx CYP£15. Car hire is not essential but recommended if you want to explore more of Cyprus. You can hire at the airport but to be sure of a car it is best to book prior to your trip. There is parking areas outside the apartment complex.

Distances
The delightful harbour and medieval fort of Paphos are approx 20 mins walk (1.5km) from the apartment. The picturesque trails of Troodos Mountains or the rugged beauty of the Akamas Peninsular are 60 mins drive. Limassol, the largest seaside resort is an hours drive. Nicosia, the capital lies at the centre of Cyprus and Larnaca are both approx 2 hrs drive away. Trips can be arranged by the Tourist Information Office to Egypt, Rhodes and Symi.

Further details
A small mini market suitable for all your immediate needs is located on the corner of the access road to the complex(about 50m).There is also a small taverna/take away next door.Larger supermarkets are about 5 mins drive away. The apartment is centrally located providing an excellent base to explore Paphos, including many historical sites including The Tomb of the Kings, The House of Dionysus mosaics. Other interesting places to visit are Aphrodites Rock near Pissouri and Latchi a lovely picturesque harbour with wonderful seafood restaurants.

Booking notes
A 50% non-returnable deposit is payable on booking with the balance due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. A refundable Key/Damage charge of £100 is also required at this time. This fee will be returned promptly when the apartment has been checked and the key returned. If cancellation is less than 6 weeks beforehand, the whole amount will be due.
