Sleeps 2/6. Beautiful, fully air conditioned, 2 bedroom townhouse on a small complex in Peyia, completed May 2007. Peaceful location with sea views to the front & mountain views to the back. Choice of 2 pools. Good access to beaches, restaurants, supermarket & 45 minutes from Paphos airport (pick up can be arranged). A new bus service is in operation from the village to the beaches with a a bus stop outside our complex & just 1 euro each journey.

Owners Direct Ref CY1542 is a neighbouring property of same spec, if accommodation for larger parties is required. Ideal for 2 families wishing to holiday together but wanting separate living space.

Accessibility
Not suitable for wheelchair users.

Patio area with table, chairs, parasol and 2 sun loungers. 2 x shared pools (not heated), 1 large, 1 small both with sun loungers and umbrellas, pool side showers, changing rooms and W/C's. Pool toys available.

Coast/Beach
Coral Bay is 3km away (5 minute drive or 20 minute walk) which has one of the best beaches.

Golf
There are three championship quality golf courses within approx 45 mins drive from the property: Tsada, Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills.

Skiing
The Troodos mountains are approx 90 mins drive away.

Special interest holidays
The Akamas peninsula is approx 25 mins drive away for walking and mountain biking.
There are go-kart sites, water sports including kayaking and Paphos has its own water park.
Visit the Tomb of The Kings or the famous Mosaics. The Medieval Fort in Paphos Harbour is where boat trips are available to Coral Bay, Peyia area and back.

Travel
The nearest airport is Paphos International which is approx 40 min drive along the coast. Larnaca International is approx 90 min drive. (Pick up available for an additional charge, upon request)
Car hire is recommended, driving is on the left as in the UK.
A new bus service is in operation from the village to the beach the bus stop is outside our complex (cost just 1 euro per journey).

Distances
The pretty village of Peyia is a 15-20 minute uphill walk or 2 mins by car, there is a free car park in the centre of the village. It's a 15 minute drive to the centre of Paphos, which has a market, plenty of shops and a beautiful harbour with lots of restaurants.

Further details
Peyia has a variety of taverns to choose from serving local dishes. There is a chemist, doctor, dentist, three banks, a supermarket, bakery and butchers. There is also a large church.

Booking notes
A 20% deposit is required upon booking and the full amount is due 4 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable key/damage deposit of £150 is required - to be repaid 7 days after departure from holiday property.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
After many years of happy holidays in Cyprus I decided to buy, with an ambition of one day retiring to Cyprus. I chose Peyia for it's close proximity to a fabulous beach, good restaurants in Coral Bay & Peyia Village & general easy access to all areas of the island. The house is on a small complex of 10 properties, with a shared pool & access to a much larger second pool, and enjoys peace & quiet during the day. Great for young families & teenagers - my kids love the go kart track in Coral bay! 45 minute drive from Paphos Airport, it's a real home from home.

Unique benefits of the property
A two bedroom property (one twin room & one double room) with sea views to the front & mountain views to the back. Fully air conditioned, with TV, DVD player, Ipod docking station, & good selection of dvds, books & games. I provide beach towels and picnic facilities so you can travel light and make the most of exploring the beautiful island of Cyprus. Car hire is definitely recommended, especially in the hot weather when walking can be very tiring!
