This one bedroom first floor apartment offers luxury accommodation for up to 6 people. The large balcony is accessible through both lounge and bedroom patio doors overlooking a landscaped gardens, communal pool and stunning sea views. Allocated parking is provided and there is also a lift to all floors. The apartment is only 5-10 mins walk away from shops, bars, restaurants and beach. The harbour is 40 mins walk away.

Changeover day
On change over day the apartment must be vacated by 4.00pm (we will do our best to accomodate).

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in both lounge and bedroom. It is situated on the 1st floor which is accessible via lift, which makes this easier for families both with young children and elderly relatives. This apartment has large wardrobe space in the bedroom and has access to large balcony from both bedroom and lounge.
Outside
The complex has beautiful landscaped gardens and has a well maintained swimming pool/baby pool; it has sun loungers around the pool for communal use. There are pool side toilets and showers. The balcony has table and chairs, sun loungers and parasol.
Coast/Beach
Most of the beaches in Cyprus feature water sports or other activities of one sort or another, from wind surfing to paragliding.Coral Bay features shallow waters and a long, sandy beach.Its located 10km northwest of Paphos.Kourion Beach features a long, curved beach overlooked by the 2nd century AD Kourion amphitheatre.Its located 20km west of Limassol.Cape Aspro, near Aphrodites Rock features a small sandy beach, with steep slopes up to the clifftop.Others include Pissouri and Ayia Napa.
Golf
There are now three 18-hole championship golf courses within 20-30 minutes drive from Paphos.They are all differant and enjoy a variety of challenging holes and beautiful views.

Skiing
The Troodos mountains spring into life not only in the middle of the hot summer, but also in winter as this is the skiing centre for Cyprus.Here you can take advantage of the pleasure of winter sports under the beautiful mediterranean sky.Skiing can be enjoyed on the slopes of Mount Olympus {1951 metres a,s,l}, from the beginning of January to the end of March.
Travel
Paphos airport is only twenty minutes away by car {taxi fare approx 20 Euros}.The apartment is close to all amenities so a car is not essential but there is so much to see and do i would recommend hiring one as driving is easy in Cyprus.Road signs are written in English and people drive on the left.The port of Limassol is one hour away on the motorway which is very quiet so you can take in the stunning coastal views.
Distances
The harbour is only 35 mins walk away & coral bay is 5 mins by car. Travel north from Paphos for twenty minutes, to Agios Georgios, it has a quaint harbour set in a rocky coastline. A further 40 minutes and you will find Polis, a charming local village full of shops and tavernas.Where ever you are in Cyprus you are surounded by places of interest and beauty.
Further details
The apartment is close to a range of shops, bars and restuarants.There is also minigolf, go-karting, waterpark and numerous historical sites all within easy reach.The tomb of the kings is only thirty minutes walk away and the local bus service passes by every fifteen minutes.
