Villa Bahce is 4 years old and has its own large private pool set in a mature and colourful garden. It has 3 generous double bedrooms, one en suite, and a main bathroom. All bedrooms have large windows and 2 have balconies. It is located on the edge of Catalkoy, a traditional village 3km from Girne/Kyrenia. Local restaurants and small shops can satisfy all holiday needs. The villa is traditionally furnished to a high standard with a fully fitted kitchen and all modern appliances. The Kyrenia Mountains rise behind, providing marvellous views and cooling breezes, and the sea is walking distance or a short drive away. Excellent new golf course 6 miles away. Unsuitable for small children.

Notes on accommodation
Gentle breezes keep the house cool and air conditioning is normally only required in bedrooms during July and August, and then only for a few hours at night.

Accessibility
The villa has is 2 storeys with stairs inside. Steps into villa and into pool.
Outside
The garden is maintained throughout the year and is always colourful. The 10x6m pool is carefully landscaped, with an extensive paved surround, and maintained to a high standard. Reclining chairs,sun beds, tables and sun umbrellas provided; also a wrought iron arbour arch with bench and a large barbecue.
Coast/Beach
The sea can be viewed from the balconies and the nearest beaches are 1km away, and can be reached by walking or car. Turtle beaches and other unspoilt beaches stretch along the coast to the east and west and are usually accessed by car or taxi or boat trips.
Golf
Near to the excellent new Korineum Golf club with 18 hole course and academy. Situated on the Coast at the foot of The Five Finger Mountain and carved from a natural forest of Umbrella Pines and Olive trees, with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea on one side and breath taking mountain views on the other.
Travel
Air travel is normal. Ercan is a modern North Cyprus airport and is just 25 mins drive away. The alternative is Larnaca airport in Southern Cyprus, which is approximately 90 mins drive including border crossing.
Care hire is about £20 per day and good for exploring. Only needed part of your holiday.
Distances
The centre of traditional Catalkoy Village is a 10 min walk. Girne/Kyrenia is 3km distant. Nicosia/Lefcosa is a 30 min drive. Mountains, castles, turtle beaches, Bellapais Abbey and Kyrenia Harbour and museums are all within a 5 km radius. Excellent supermarket 100m. Five good restaurants just a short walk away. 20 min drive to excellent 18 hole golf course.
Further details
Several good restaurants are situated within easy walking distance (100-500m) and the local shop provides all necessities and fresh produce. Fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables are excellent and there is a weekly market in Girne. Many places to eat out in the surrounding villages, beaches and mountains. Girne/Kyenria abounds with places to dine or pause for drinks and the harbour is as delightful as its reputation foretells. Historic Famgusta and the remote Karpaz peninsular are terrific excursions. Lots of ATMs for cash.
