Changeover day
Normal changeover day is Saturday, but can be flexible. On changeover day guests are asked to vacate by 10am (but can be flexible to suit flights upon request) and not to arrive before 4pm.

Notes on accommodation
There are air-conditioners in each bedroom, with the added bonus of a ceiling fan in the main bedroom too. There is a ceiling fan in the living room and on the main terrace aswell. We have recently added awnings onto the main terrace which adds extra shade to this area if required. On arriving there will a be welcome pack of local bread, fruit, beer, wine, milk, coffee and tea so if arriving late no need to worry about these essentials! Pool towels are provided.
Outside
Private overflow swimming pool (10x5m) with steps and ladder access. A private well esablished garden with BBQ area. Sun loungers with cushions. Terrace dining area with table and 6 chairs.
Coast/Beach
2 minutes walk from the sea. Rugged coastline access to the sea down rough paths. 10 minute walk (west) to a small sandy cove. (also see further details)
Public and private beaches within 10 min drive. The beaches on the North Cyprus shores are a mixture of sand or volcanic rock, generally offering safe bathing; the Mediterranean sea is clear with good opportunities for snorkeling and diving. Hotel Sampati near by offers excellent diving tuition and sea dives.

New golf course at Esentepe 1 hours drive away.

Travel
To Northern Cyprus from various UK airports the airport for the North is Ercan.
You can now fly direct to Larnaca in the South and we can arrange a taxi transfer direct to the villa (approx 1.5 hours).
Car hire can be arranged and is recommended, a vehicle can be delivered to the villa.
Distances
Nearest village is Lapta with numerous restaurants and bars. The picturesque harbour town of Kyrenia is 20 minutes by car. 'Sardunya' Beach bar is located just 10mins(walking) from the front door along the coast where you can swim in the sea or just relax.

On arrival you will find a welcome pack of fresh food and drinks awaiting you. A guide for the use of the property is provided.
A courtesy call will be made to ensure everything is OK and to help with queries. A local mobile phone is provided.
Local supermarkets have a lot of UK brand goods the nearest being 5 minutes by car.
Jk's bar is only 15mins walks from the villa which serves food at a reasonable price until 6pm off peak or 9pm peak season (but please check times locally to avoid disappointment!) There is now access to a small but lovely free beach at the end of the road opposite JK's.

Please contact owner. £150 to secure the booking, paid either by cheque or bank transfer, confirmation of booking and receipt of payment will be made by email, balance required 8 weeks before start of holiday.

Lovely villa- we had a really relaxing holiday. Attention to detail, car hire, and transfers & the wonderfully equipped kitchen made for a truly comfortable stay.
What a wonderful time had by all. The villa is like a 'home from home' except the bonus of a swimming pool and the hot weather!
