Local shops are a 2-3 minute walk. There is a small children's playground behind the house and its approximately 15 minutes from Larnaca airport. Oroklini village is a 5 minutes drive with lots of traditional restaurants, bakeries, banks, chemist, hairdressers and shopping essentials. Larnaca town is 10 minutes away along the coast with its international marina and old fishing port and the Finigouthes (fig tree) promenade with outdoor restaurants, bars, cafes and great nightlife.

Garden with children's play area including slide and swing. Brand new swimming pool 10 metres x 5 metres with sunbathing area equipped with sunbeds umbrellas, table and chairs. Outside barbecue and covered dining area with outside fan make it a great area for summer dining.
Coast/Beach
The beaches are 1 minutes walk from the property with many other beaches a few minutes drive away. Larnaca district beaches are proud recipients of the blue flag award. Ayia Napa and Protaras beaches are a 25 minutes car drive.

Outdoor activities in Oroklini include water-sports (local yacht /saling club nearby), go -carting,horse ridings, kids lunar park, bowling and cinema nearby.
Travel
Nearest Airport is Larnaca airport which is 15 minutes away by taxi. Car hire is not essential as there are local amenities nearby but is you would like to get around Larnaca then car or bike hire is recommended.

The villa is situated on the outskirts of a quite Cypriot village across the road from the beach. Oroklini village is a 5 minutes drive with lots of traditional restaurants,bakeries, banks,chemist, hairdressers and shopping essentials. Larnaca town is 10 minutes away along the coast with its international marina and old fishing port and the Finigouthes (fig tree) promenade with outdoor restaurants,bars,cafes and great nightlife. Venture further out by car to the great beaches in Protaras and Ayia Napa. Or spend a day shopping in the Nicosia capital which is 35 minutes away.
Booking notes
25% deposit to be paid upon booking. Full payment to be made at least 2 months prior to start of holiday. 300 to be held as a deposit which is paid back in fill within 5 business days subject to no breakages/damages.

About the owner
I live in England with my family, although my wife and I are of Cypriot origin and know the island very well.
We have many friends and familiy in Cyprus hence the decision to buy our holiday villa in 2003. The villa is very well maintained and we consider it our "home from home".
We love Larnaca as it is very family orientated with many great beaches, bars and restaurants. The villa is 15 minutes drive from the airport and we are across the road from the beach, just 1 minute walk. Local shops are also located 2-3 minutes away.
The neighbours are very friendly and welcoming in true Cypriot fashion and the area is very safe for kids with a small park at the back of the house.
We would be happy to recommend where to go for good restaurants, bars and shopping.
