Villa Hulya is newly built in 2005. It is in a peaceful location set back from the new coast road. Lovely views to the sea and mountains. A 5 minute walk will take you to our local beach, many other beaches in easy drive. Walk across the road to our local restaurant or drive up into the village for local shops and more restaurants. Walk out the rear of the villa into the foothills of the mountains. 20 minute drive into Kyrenia (Girne) for shopping or sight seeing. Good sized garden with extensive terraces and patio. Patio furniture and sun loungers. Large private pool with steps into. South facing for maximum sun and very private lounging. Twice weekly clean. Barbecue.
Coast/Beach
5 minutes walk to nearest beach. Many more with in easy driving distance. Good swimming and snorkeling
Golf
5 minutes drive from new Korineum championship 18 hole golf course. Challenging 18 hole course, with spectacular mountain and sea views. Try Besparmak, par 3, stroke index one, try and drive 212 yards over a ravine to a green cut into the mountain. The club has a driving range, par 3 academy course, practice short game and putting greens. Large club house,with pro shop, restaurant, gym, sauna and massage parlour, hair parlour.
Travel
Ercan (Northern Cyprus) airport 40 mins drive. Free collection if car hired. Larnaca (Southern Cyprus)airport 90 mins drive. £70 return if car hired. Hire car delivered to villa. We can make the initial contact with a reliable car hire firm.
Distances
Our local village, Esentepe, is 5 mins drive. There are a selection of shops and restaurants. 20 mins drive to Kyrenia for supermarket and many shops.
Further details
Nearest restaurant 5 mins walk run by local couple who specialise in fish meals. Other restaurants within 5 mins drive. 5 mins to our local supermarket with a wide range of produce and the best fresh bread anywhere or 20 mins to Lemar supermarket for good selection of local and international food and groceries. Kyrenia has a multitude of shops, banks restaurants. There are many hill forts, Bellapias Abbey, the harbour or the Karpas within easy drives. Visit in the Spring for masses of wild flowers. Have a day out on a wild orchid walk. Try scuba diving, or a day out on a boat.
