This detached villa is in a prime location and car hire is not required. The villa is situated on a small luxury development and is ideally positioned in the resort of Protaras. The property boasts a large lounge, dining area, stunning and spacious fully fitted kitchen a downstairs toilet and shower room. The stunning staircase takes you up to the second floor where you will find 3 spacious bedrooms and family bathroom. The outside of the property has a large swimming pool, gardens and spacious patio area and is completly private. The villa can be rented year round as it has full air-conditioning for the summer months and central heating for the cooler months. This villa is fully furnished to a high standard and many extras are included in this luxurious villa.

Mandali Villa is ideal for winter bookings having the benefit of full gas central heating and its 6* location weather in Cyprus in winter is beautiful with the evenings being cool.
Changeover day
We are very flexible with changeover days but you will find if you fly into Larnaca airport many flights depart on a Wednesday and Sunday. Arrangements will be made with you personally regarding arrival and departure times from the villa.

Notes on accommodation
The property is suitable for any age group and high chairs and cots can be provided for a small extra charge. Air conditioning is charged at £25 per week and central heating the same £25 per week. Outside
The outside area of the property has a large 8 x 4 metre private pool and is cleaned regularly during your stay. The gardens are private and include sunlougers, umbrellas etc and the patio area has large dining table and chairs for outside dining. To the outside is also a barbecue and other extras.
Coast/Beach
The area boasts some fantastic beaches the nearest being Pernera which is a 10 minute stroll or the fantastic beach of Fig Tree Bay is a 15 minute stroll. For the younger age group Ayia-Napa can be reached by taxi in 15 minutes and the quaint town of Paralimni can be reached by taxi or local transport within 10 minutes.

Travel
Larnaca airport is situated 30 minutes from the property, transfers can be arranged as car hire can also be arranged. Paphos Airport is approx 1 hour 45 minutes drive from the property and car hire can be arranged for collection and delivery from Paphos airport.
Distances
Protarus is situated on the eastern side of the island of Cyprus and ideally placed for visits to major towns. Larnaca 30 minute drive. Limassol 1 Hour drive. Ayia-Napa 15 minute drive, Paralimni 10 minute drive. Access to the north of Cyprus is available a 20 minute drive to Vrysoulles were the border and crossing is located.
Further details
Local shops and bars are a short stroll away and all the amenities of the strip at Protaras are a 10 minute stroll away. Protarus has a small water park but a 15 minute drive or bus journey would take you to the fabulous water park in Ayia-Napa. This area offers so many facilities it is an ideal location for young and old and families you will not be bored if you visit this area of Cyprus. Please do not hesitate to ask for any further information you require on this holiday destination.
Booking notes
A deposit of 15% is required at time of booking and remaining balance due 8 weeks before departure. A small deposit of £200 is required when balance is due and held until your return, for any breakages that may occur.
