A well presented two bedroom apartment on a small private complex. The apartment is situated on the first floor. It has an open-plan design with the main bedroom on an upstairs mezzanine floor which overlooks the living space. The second bedroom comprises of full-size bunk beds. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The apartment is located only a five minute walk from the town centre with its many shops, bars and restaurants. The picturesque harbour is only a ten minute walk away.

Changeover day
We will be as flexible as possible with regard to changeover day. We would also like all guests to vacate the apartment by 12 noon on the day of departure but we will be flexible whenever possible.

The apartment comprises of two air conditioning units - one in living room and one in the second bedroom.
The apartment is suitable for children.

Property comprises of a large south-facing balcony overlooking the swimming pool area. Balcony has a table, 4 chairs and a parasol. The pool is shared with 14 other apartments on the complex and is a shaped pool which is maintained and cleaned on daily basis. There is ample space beside the swimming pool for sunbathing and lounging and there are sun beds available. Car parking spaces are available.

A security deposit of £50 per week will also be required and this will be refunded to you once the key has been returned.
