| Bedrooms: | The master bedroom has a double bed and a large terrace with views towards the sea.. Bedroom 2 has twin beds. Bedroom 3 has twin beds and is situated on the ground floor. |
| Bathrooms: | En-suite shower room to the master bedroom. Two additional separate shower rooms, one located on the ground floor. |
| Kitchen: | Equipped with washing machine, fridge/freezer, cooker, hob, microwave, and cold water dispenser. There is also a toaster, sandwich maker, full compliment of cooking pots, cutlery and crockery. |
| Living Rooms: | Open plan living/dining room with sofas and dining table/chairs to seat 6. TV, DVD player and music system, as well as books and games for guests' use. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bed linen and bathroom towels are included (please bring your own pool/beach towels). The villa will be cleaned prior to your arrival, and a mid-stay laundry change is included for 2 week bookings. A complimentary welcome pack is also included. |
Notes on accommodation
The villa has air conditioning throughout, and a ceiling fan in the master bedroom. It also has central heating, making it ideal for winter holidays. A local representative will welcome you to the villa on arrival and are on call for emergencies. Guests are kindly asked not to smoke in the villa.

Outside
The 8x4 pool is for guests' exclusive use and is surrounded by a large terrace. Sun loungers and seating for all to use with mattresses. Sun parasols are also provided. There is also a BBQ, and private off road parking with gated driveway.
Coast/Beach
The villa is ideally located to easily explore all the major attractions of the area. The nearest beach is 5 mins away. Other close attractions include the 'fairytale' St Hilarion Castle and Buffavento Castle with its panoramic views. Turtle (Alagadi) Beach, a 10 min drive away is home to the nesting Loggerhead and Green turtles between May and October. Take a day to drive to the Karpaz peninsula, with its turquoise sea and deserted white sandy beaches, stopping off at the fishing village
Travel
Ercan airport is approx 40 mins by car. Larnaca is approx 1.5 hours. Car hire is recommended and we can arrange airport transfers and car hire on your behalf. If you book car hire through us, transfers from Ercan are free of charge. Return transfers from Larnaca start from £75 for up to 4 persons.
Distances
The villa is ideally located on the outskirts of the village of Ozankoy, approximately 3 mins by car! The picturesque village of Bellapais is only 5 minutes drive away, with its magnificent Gothic Abbey, as is the historic town of Kyrenia with its tranquil harbour, castle and numerous restaurants/bars.

The village of Ozankoy is popular with holidaymakers and locals alike, and has a large selection of bars and restaurants catering for all tastes. The local village shops stock most items, open 7 days a week until late. The nearest supermarket is within 5 mins by car.

A 20% deposit is payable to secure the booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to your holiday.
