Large double balcony with table, 4 chairs and 2 sunloungers. The balcony is half covered with the other half in full sun. This overlooks one of 2 communal pools set in beautiful landscaped gardens. Provided at poolside are sunloungers and shower/wash/wc facilities.

Coast/Beach
The seafront and beach is a 20 minute walk from the apartment.

Golf
Cyprus is fast becoming a favourite for golf fanatics. There are now 3 championship golf courses, all within 20 minutes drive of Paphos. These are; 'Tsada Golf Club,' 'Secret Valley Golf Club,' and 'Aphrodite Hills.'

Travel
Paphos International airport is 15 minutes drive away.

Distances
Paphos is on UNESCO'S list of World Heritage Sites. A lot of these are within walking distance such as the Mosaics and Tombs of the Kings at Kato Paphos. Within driving distance is Coral Bay with its Blue flag beaches, Nicosia, Limassol, Troodos Mountains and the Akamas peninsula with its breathtaking scenery. These are just a few of the gems that Cyprus has to offer.

Deposit of 25% is required to hold apartment (Non refundable in event of cancellation). Balance is due 8 weeks prior to start of rental period. A security/breakages deposit of £100 will also be due with balance.
