A very modern villa with excellent interior design. A large infinity swimming pool, 1500sq,m of beautifully landscaped gardens looking across a panoramic post card sea view. Chloe has electronic gates leading into a large parking area and cctv.

Bathrooms: One en-suite to the master bedroom, one family bathroom and one separate WC.
The family bathroom also has amazing sea views.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, hob, freezer, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and every appliance that you would find at home.
Dining up to 19 people seated inside or outside on the decking looking out to sea.
Living Rooms: In the living room there is a large wide screen television, DVD player, ipod docking station, home cinema system, large sofas, reclining chairs and coffee table.
There is also a large log fire.
Other: There is table tennis and billards. There is free internet.

Linen and towels are provided. Cleaning and laundry is changed per week and is included in the price. Extra cleaning and laundry can be arranged at an extra cost.

Notes on accommodation
The house has glass patio doors which run along both main walls of the villa giving you a panoramic view of the famous Cape Greco countryside and the ocean. The bedrooms are stylish and comfortable all with sea views.

Landscaped gardens, sun loungers, garden suite, infinity heated swimming pool, jacuzzi , gas barbecue, tables, chairs, sun loungers and parasol. There is table tennis and pool table.

Coast/Beach
Most beaches are a few minutes drive, the closest is the famous Konnos bay. Konnos Bay is a cove surrounded by lush countryside. The sand is golden and the water is crystal clear with fun activities at Mikes water sports. Konnos also has a beautiful snack bar built halfway up the mountain looking out over the bay and ocean. Many tourists visit Cape Greco for lovely walks as it is a protected nature reserve.

Travel
The nearest airport is Larnaca which is 40 minutes by car.

Protaras centre is 1km away.

Further details
Local shops, bars, restaurants are all a few minutes away by car, There are also buses that run regularly. Taxis are also available.

Booking notes
30% deposit is required for the booking. The balance 70% is payable 8 weeks before arrival. For bookings less than 8 weeks before arrival full payment is due. Payments can be done by Visa, Mastercard, Debit card, Amex, Paypal, cheque or bank transfer.

This villa is simply comfort, style and so much more. The villa is beautifully designed and furnished, a home away from home. Myself and my family enjoyed most of our meals outside enjoying the views.
