Set in a peaceful location on the edge of a former olive grove just below the popular village of Ozankoy. It is close to the sea and has stunning mountain views. Bars and restaurants are within walking distance with the main picturesque harbour of Girne within a 5 mins bus ride. Buses pass along the main road which is a 2 mins walk and this will take you into Kyrenia and the harbour. There are several nice beaches nearby with the popular Diana beach just 1km away. Turtle beach where you can watch the turtles nesting and the new international golf course at Esentepe are only a 10 minute drive away. The private 8x4m pool ensures that you can have a leisurely dip and a traditional brick built barbeque means you can eat ‘alfresco’ at any time. Sun loungers and parasols make this villa the perfect place for you to get away from it all but still be within easy reach of town.

| Living Rooms: | The ground floor consists of a large open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. The lounge has a beautiful sofa and armchairs, coffee table, satellite TV and DVD. Off the lounge is the dining room. This room has patio doors leading to the private pool. |

Towels and linen are included and the villa and linen is cleaned weekly. More regular cleaning can be arranged if required. Please note that beach towels are not provided. |

Coast/Beach
Kyrenia has many beautiful beaches. The closest is Diana beach which is just 1km from the villa. This beach provides a wide selection of water sports and also a cafe and restauant. Turtle beach is a 10 mins drive away and here there are miles of quite desserted beach and you can also watch the turtles nesting. There is an aqua park just around the corner from the villa.
Golf
The new international golf course at Esentepe is just 10 minutes drive away.
Travel
3 airlines fly to Northern Cyprus (Ercan airport) from the UK. Turkish airlines fly all year round, daily from Heathrow and Manchester. Cyprus Turkish airlines (CTA) fly from Heathrow and Stansted all year and Manchester and Gatwick during the summer. Transworld International (Onur Air) operates from Heathrow, Stansted and Manchester. Transfer time from Ercan Airport to the villa is approx 30 minutes. Car hire can be arranged in advance for pickup at the airport.

Just 1km from the popular Diana beach and within easy reach of Kyrenia for those cosy nights by the harbour and castle.
Further details
The crusader port of Kyrenia (Girne) has a wonderful and enchanting harbour. By day you can hire boats to take you along the coast fishing or to swim on one of the many turtle beaches. In the evening, why not dine in one of the numerous restaurants on the water's edge and sample the local meze, and then maybe visit one of the casinos or small nightclubs in the town. For culture and history lovers there's the amazing Kyrenia Castle (with the oldest shipwreck in the world), Bellapais Abbey, the Salamis ruins or St. Hilarion castle perched high on the Besparmak mountains. For the more active there are plenty of opportunities for hill walking and cycling and of course activities such as diving, sailing, water skiing, paragliding and fishing. Golf is available at the new international course in Esentepe just 10 minutes away. For nature lovers why not visit the protected Karpaz peninsula or one of the many Turtle projects along the coast.
