Our vlla is situated on the outskirts of the popular village of Ozankoy. All bedrooms have air conditioning and their own balconies where you can enjoy the breath taking views. Downstairs is tastefully furnished with terrace for dining and relaxing. Ozankoy is a 10 mins stroll away and hosts 8 welcoming restaurants a coffee shop and village shop that sells everything you need. Along the coast road there are several beaches and 2 beach clubs which take approx 10 mins by car. Bellepais, famous for its Abbey and Kyrenia town and harbour are a short drive away. There is plenty to explore in Northern Cyprus and our villa is very central for this.

Changeover day
Changeover day mainly Saturday but this can be flexible. Arrival and vacating property flexible depending on bookings.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with double bed, wardrobes and en-suite. Bedroom 2 with twin beds, wardrobes and space for Z bed. Bedroom 3 with twin beds and wardrobes. All bedrooms have balconies. |
| Bathrooms: | En-suite to bedroom 1 with shower, WC and basin. Upstairs bathroom with bath, shower and WC. Downstairs toilet. |
| Kitchen: | Fully fitted kitchen electric cooker, gas and electric hob, washing machine, toaster, kettle and Iron, CD player with radio. |
| Living Rooms: | Open plan dining room/lounge. Lounge area has a double sofa bed, portable TV & DvD, patio doors opening out to a large terrace area which overlooks the swimming pool and is ideal for outside dining. The dining area opens out to another terrace area. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen for inside use only are included. Pool cleaned twice a week in high season. Welcome pack on arrival. |

Outside
Outside there is a 10x5 swimming pool with loungers and parasols, this can be lit at night for that midnight swim.
Coast/Beach
The coast road is just under 10 mins drive away where you will find 2 beaches with sun beds and restaurants and several coves a little further along this road are 2 beach clubs Acapulco and Vogue both have full facilities, pool etc. There is also the ever popular unspoilt Algardi turtle beach which has a small family run cafe and showers. Further along this road there are endless beaches and coves to explore.
Golf
An international golf course and country club is 20 mins away at Esentepe.
Travel
Ercan airport is 30 mins drive away. You can also now fly into Larnaca which is 2 hours transfer. Depending on the type of holiday you like, I would say car hire is highly recommended. (driving is the same as the UK left hand side). We are more than happy to arrange or help you arrange flights, transfers and car hire. Flights to Ercan are best booked with agents that specialise with North Cyprus and Turkey. Taxis are very reasonable and some restaurants will come and pick you up.
Distances
Ozankoy Village with restaurants and shop 10 mins walk. Kyrenia town and harbour 10 mins drive, here you will find shops, bank, and plenty of bars and restaurants, you can also book boat trips. Bellepais with its Abbey and restaurants is under 10 mins away by car and is a must visit by day and night. Just under 10 mins is the Octopus Park with water slides and popular restaurant. Nicosia with shops, restaurants and the border is 30-40 mins away.
Further details
Places to visit: St Hilarion the castle that Walt Disney based the castle for sleeping beauty, Buffavento, Kyrenia and Kantara castles. Bellepaise Abbey, floodlit by night. Roman ruins at Salamis and Famagusta. The turtle project at Aligadi beach. The Karpas peninsula is a must and our personal favourite, is just as you reach the Karpas, Kaplica beach which has a restaurants that serve freshly caught fish which they cook while you bath. A number of boat trips can be booked at Kyrenia harbour our favourite being the Happy Dolphin with Metan and wife (lovely people). Rambling and in April Orchids walks where rare varieties can be found.Scuba diving, water sports paragliding, and horse riding are all readily available. In Kyrenia is Night Park an open air Disco very popular with all age groups and towards Lapta Mare Monte is another popular open air night club. Ozankoy has 8 restaurants our favourites being Hasan's Rose Garden, he has become a good friend, and The Five Fingers Restaurant who also provide delivery service. The local shop has everything you need, there is also Lemar supermarket a 5 min drive towards Kyrenia. Above all get to know the locals they are among the friendliest people you will ever meet.
Booking notes
50% non returnable deposit required on booking, balance payable 28 days before departure. £100 deposit to cover any breakages returnable at the end of your holiday.
