There is a small private balcony with table and chairs - a communal pool is located in the adjacent block - there are beautiful communal gardens to sit and relax in which also offer shade - for when it's just too hot! - the perfect place to read a book or just chillax!
Coast/Beach
Walking distance to the harbour and beaches is approx 10 mins - the gorgeous Nissi beach is a 15 min bus ride - buses run from the square in Ayia Napa - a 5 min walk.
Travel
Larnaca airport is a 40 minute car journey to the apartment - Paphos international airport is a 1 hour 40 minute journey by car - Transfers can be arranged on request - alternatively you may wish to hire a car from the airport.

An abundance of shops, restaurants - offering all types of cuisine, bars, 24 hour atm, supermarkets and harbour all within a couple of minutes walking distance.
Booking notes
We require a reservation deposit of £50 per week booked (non-refundable) The balance or full amount is payable within 6 weeks of intended travel date.
A returnable security deposit of £100 is also required at this time (for damage and breakages). Payment methods: We can accept cheques or bank transfers.
